Actually they didn’t get the person that did it. The guy initially arrested was released 9 months later.

Horrible to think the person that did such a terrible thing is still out there.

I read the article you posted. This is one weird case. There is even a carny involved. I looked up Edward Leon and found this from Nov. 2014:
