Canadians who have difficulty accessing the healthcare system, finding an affordable housing or who are living in or close to poverty do not matter to this government. They simply are not a priority
To begin with, the use of “Canadians†in this article is not restricted to “old stock;†people who are born in this country. It includes immigrants who are now citizens of Canada and legal permanent residents of Canada.
Justin Trudeau and the Liberals have been in power a couple of days short of a month. In this short time period, Trudeau and his Liberal Party have shown their utter contempt for both Canadians and their institutions. Despite the fact Canada is not a world power and its military is not as powerful the US or China’s, he was quick off the mark to degrade the men and women in Canada’s Armed Forces and show what he really thinks about the country’s military.
Canadians got the government they deserve. Screw ‘em.

In any country with free elections, the residents get the government they deserve! I restrain myself from adding a vindictive comment, such as your last sentence, however.
In the late 1990’s a friend took early retirement as a top sales rep in healthcare.
After retirement, he ran special focus groups with doctors and hospital administrators as the targets in his focus groups.
He was offered jobs to run focus groups for Mds in Canada touting the benefits of US by pass and other cardiac surgery and orthopedic surgery including knee and hip replacements.
Also hospitals in the NW states wanted him to spread the word about their new upcoming MRI machines.
The focus was cutting edge tech, surgeons/surgery teams and minimal waiting time.
So rich Canadians could come to America and not wait for better surgery than they could get in Canada.

We should feel sorry for the Canadians, instead of saying “Screw them”, American’s have nothing to say about our friends to the north. The overall stupidity of American voters, not once but twice, got us the WORST president of all times, probably illegally but odumbo has the crown right now and we are paying dearly for it.
And this applies to the U.S. as well. Yes, we have, COLLECTIVELY, gotten the government we deserve here as well.
Liberals do not care about people. Never have, never will.
That's one way we are, collectively, complicit in the Obama regime.
And how is it different HERE, in the good ol’ Land of the Free? Illegals/aliens getting taxpayer $$, using the hospitals with impunity, driving w/out license/insurance, schooling their brood on the taxpayer dime, forcing relation of ‘refugees/etc.’ on the cities and towns w/out consent....
This is GOVT elevating the criminal over the Citizen taxpayer. In-state tuition, alien licenses (that I’d bet $$ of doughnuts will allow them to VOTE), etc. And, even if ‘caught’, are released back into the populace on ‘good faith’.
It’s ALL in who votes for whom.

Who really knows, with the amount of fraud that happened in the battleground states? 95% of conservative Christians might have actually shown up - and then had Team Obama's fixers toss a third of their ballots into nearby dumpsters.
My former wife’s aunt received a knee replacement that way. She had a wait time of 8-12 months in Calgary, yet was in the AZ hospital within a week of arriving in Phoenix. The lady and her hubby were retired and ‘suffered’ in the AZ winter heat, rather than a Calgary winter. As they were well heeled, they made arrangements to have the surgery in AZ, shortly after they arrived. She recuperated for four months in AZ before returning to Canada in the spring.
The private AZ hospital was so much nicer and uplifting than the public facilities in Cagary. Since ‘attitude’ is such a major part of recovery, I believe she recovered twice as soon as she would have in Canada.
Our local knee/hip replacement Orthopods are apparently doing very well with Canadian patients.

It worked out well for them, as they had the money and already had a condo in Phoenix, where they could ‘suffer’ through an AZ winter. I believe their kids and grandkids joined them for Christmas in AZ that year.
