Another shutdown showdown?
Just in case you were under the impression Obama is merely wasting time at the UN Climate Conference in Paris, no, he’s looking to waste a fair amount of U.S. taxpayer money too - with $3 billion set to directly from the U.S. Treasury to the UN Green Climate Fund. Now you might remember that whole thing about how Congress controls the purse strings, which somehow never seems to stop Obama from spending as much as he wants however he wants regardless of congressional disapproval.
This time, Republicans swear, things are going to be different:
Looking for leverage, critics of the president’s climate agenda have zeroed in on the president’s goal of directing $3 billion – including $500 million in the near-term – for the U.N. Green Climate Fund, which would help developing nations deal with climate change.
What is he doesn’t skip Congress? They give him money? Yuck. I’d rather him skip Congress then have the Congress ok this crap.
Obama already has the money and will spend it in Paris
Oh puh-leeze! Like the Republican “leadership” would oppose him under any circumstances.

How ‘bout no global warming money, period since it’s a scam. The whole thing is a fraud on a scale bigger than fiat curency and central banking. It’s purpose is two-fold. First, to justify unlimited government control and intrusion into all facets of life. And, second, to provide and excuse to transfer wealth, via carbon trading fees in the trillion$, to the well-connected mega-rich.

So Congress has no constitutinal authority to give lawlass Obama taxpayer dollars for climate change purposes even if it wanted to.
When patriots elect Trump, or whatever conservative they elect as president, they need to support the president by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its Section 8-limited powers to support the new president.
As if the republicrats won’t cave as soon as he gives them the stink eye. Otherwise..............racis’. They denyin’ him cause he’s black. You know the song and dance.
