What does it mean if the Senate offers your “server guy” immunity? It’s hard to say for sure, butt it’s usually not good sign for the suspect:
UH-OH There's more trouble ahead for Hillary Clinton, the State Department staffer who freelanced as the tech guy who set up and managed her home server (Bryan Pagliano) told investigators that they shouldn't bother with a subpoena because he would just take the fifth. But now Senate investigators are dangling immunity in front of him. Sens. Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson, the chairmen of two key committees investigating the situation, said they have authority to extend immunity compelling Mr. Pagliano to talk.
It could mean that Hilz will end up being sorry for a lot more than just “causing confusion” with her emails. As it becomes increasingly clear that her emails DID contain top secret information, she’s the only one who continues` to be confused. After all, her private email system, she says, was approved. It’s approval came from Bryan Pagliano, Janice Jacobs, or the Secretary of State herself.
Hillary’s reaction upon hearing this news was to burst into spontaneous crocodile tears. Since that didn’t work, expect allegations later this week regarding the Republicans’ micro and macro aggressions against her because she is a woman who wears pants.
There’s a thin, rainbow colored line between truth and consequences.
Hillary may have wandered over the line and saying “sorry” may no longer be adequate.

Personally, I’d be interested in whether it would be transactional or use immunity.
EVERYTIME I see her ugly face on TV, it is abundantly clear she is acting out [and not very good] a rehearsed response. Only her moron supporters would believe that the face she puts forward is really her.
imo - she realized poop is hitting the fan so she pulls the liberal trump card (no pun intended)...and that’s to say “Im sorry”...as long as they admit wrongdoing, any pursuit of criminal charges will be met with calls of womyn hating misogyny...and repubs will recoil into their shells
Why is Clinton still walking free. Every moment she is “loose” she could be sending or receiving Classified information. There is no investigation being conducted. All a smoke screen. No one but a Clinton would still have their Security Clearance and be allowed to have classified information in her possession. Clinton claims she deleted her personal emails. There is no proof she deleted the classified email. There is no proof the Server is the one she used. There may have been multiple servers. What about the Clinton Foundation. They have copies of everything Hillary did as SOS. No one wants to look.
Has she asked BO for a pardon yet?
Has any “journalist” asked her that question?

Smart lawyers don’t offer immunity unless they already know what the person is going to say.
We need to keep our eye on the ball despite the continuous misdirection coming from the Clinton Team.
At least IMHO, there is no law or rule against Hillary setting up a private server. Or using Gmail.com if she likes. But using either of those systems to handle government business is, at the minimum, in violation of government regulations if not laws.
But sending CLASSIFIED DATA using that Private Server or Gmail.com is a CRIME. And we need to keep focused on the CRIME and not the hardware used to commit that crime as the Hillary Team would like us to do.
Think Hillary, Think Snowden. Same deal. Intelligence practically handed to our enemies by Hillary. Intelligence personal put at risk and, for all we know, possibly dead. Unforgivable.

Hillary had a server at her house while she was SOS. After that the "server" ends up in NJ. Same physical hardware? Very unlikely IMHO. But maybe. Who knows? The Shadow perhaps but not me.
We’re now at the point where the retreating confessions begin.
How ironic it would be if she were to suffer the same fate as tricky sick Nixon... or actually do time.
The best scenario of course is mutually assured destruction between her and 0 as she spills all the beans.
Looks like her gig is up. Insiders pushing her to “Cut a Deal” with the feds to avoid prosecution and jail. Seriously. She has screwed herself. Could it be all the “Fluff” she and her campaign are doing right now it buying time for Biden to get ready because everybody in the Democrat Party leadership know she is done? I mean, even Nancy Pelosi has come out and bragged on Hillary’s honesty and integrity. Nancy can’t be trusted with cutting shears in a Rose garden. She’d cut them all down and blame Bush.
