How it’s anti-missle capability? That will be the CHICOM’s anti-ship weapon of choice.

Missiles shouldn’t be a problem. Since the superstructure is made out of ‘composite’ (plastic) the missiles should pass straight through without detonating.

Not a bad model. Were any of the ironclads sunk by enemy action?

ya almost like a type 21 Uboat on steroids. If that railgun really works well, Katy bar the door, this puppy will be the next generation of ship to shore bombardment.
From a couple hundred miles away.

Nor as quickly: it seems to take us about as long to build and try out a new ship as it took us to win the whole Second World war.
I just hope it performs as well as expected-- I didn't close-in defense systems listed in the armament.

I’m sure that is reassuring to the crewman standing directly on the other side other side of the impact area and the rest of the crew.

That’s a “feature”. The enemy will think, “Oh, why bother they already have their heads under.”
To: TLI
The cannonballs will bounce right off the hull!
