So I got caught up in the My Little Pony craze (I'll just watch one episode, see what all these people are talking about..), joined the Boston Bronies meetup group and last weekend drove to Baltimare, MD(sorry, bad horse puns are required!) for BronyCon 2015, the largest MLP convention in the world. Allow me to share with you my observations.

Don’t get it myself. But looks like fun times. I used to do gaming conventions. D&D and Shadowrun all night. Sometimes GURPS, Palladium, or DC Heros. It’s all what your into. Everyone has a hobby.

I HAVE to ask: is there some kind of "sexual" component to this? Not really. If anything our society has become so sex obsessed that we have forgotten about basic FRIENDSHIP. All the porn in the world is a click away on the internet but nobody talks to you, especially if you are a nerd with poor social skills. And God forbid you're not a he-man macho duchebag because then you are obviously GAAAAYYY. In my view it is society that is messed up, and this is a reaction to it.

I went down to rescue an abused Argentine Boa a couple weeks ago.
*Nothing less* could have forced me into that hell hole.
Praise God, we got in and out, unscathed.
It’s a weird place.
