Then there’s the whole fantasy of the vast power of truck divers. The only thing a strike would produce is a lot of unemployed drivers possibly charged with theft (and possibly federally charged)

Dear foreign countries. As you know our government has adopted over the years thousands of regulations on our businesses. Please find attached all of our EPA, OSHA, IRS Tax Code, FDA, and other various regulations. Once you are in compliance with these our borders will once again be open to your products. Oh, BTW, the Teamsters representative will be there next week to unionize all of your manufacturing and textile workers. And, Greenpeace will be there to provide direction regarding your wind generation requirements.
