Ping me when she complains that the people who live in Pacific Heights and Nob Hill are "privileged."
I didn't think so.

It makes her angry that people still have the freedom to make choices. She has real control issues to say the least.
I swear before god almighty, eternal hostility to those who can be “triggered”. I don’t care what happened to you, and how sad it was. I have NO obligation to tippy toe around and avoid every behavior that might make you think of something you don’t want to think about.
As Led Zep sang,,, “when your conscience hits you knock it back with pills,,,,”
Do that, go to therapy, stay indoors 24/7 with no electricity, I simply don’t care. BUt rest assured, if I know you have a trigger, ill try to pull it.
Freaking Jewish people with numbers tattooed on their arm are going on river cruises down the Rhine and Danube. Men who shot it out on Iwo Jima show up in a Toyota to go in the McDonalds to drink coffee. Guys who slugged it out in Hue are walking into your local Vietnamese buffet. And Saints Preserve us,,,people in Hiroshima, at this very moment, are using a microwave and getting x-rays.
And -you- dare to tell me you have a “trigger”?
As Snoop would say,,, “Bit@h Please”
So take your trigger warnings, and shove the right up your wazzoo,,, while you are passed out drunk, and didn’t consent, all right there in your safe room with plush animals and playdoh at Brown university.
Its time we embraced our right to live freely, and for the sensitive types to adjust to the world, not the other way around.
Bear in mind that nearly all “grassroots” movements are dominated by people who have nothing better to do with their time than attending meetings.
Ever notice how these clowns make it about themselves instead of the issue at hand, then wonder why we ignore them?
Meanwhile, we're subsidizing bus rides through the nose. It would likely be cheaper for ceasing all bus lines and handing every existing bus rider $6 per trip which they can spend on whatever they want.
But hey, how much it costs everyone else means nothing to these people.
You just have to love it, they speak their mind. If you have any doubt why they are here now and not in 1783, rest your soul.
Excellent rant.
If the rich elitists were required to ride public buses, private buses would become sacred.
“triggering” is the new leftwing code for something they do not like
The private buses idea popped up and happened when our city union bus drivers went on strike.
Now who will service the thousands of bus riders? Private buses! It went on for 2 weeks but the city belonged to the same effing’ union of the bus drivers so they were shut down.
Bump
Someone needs to find a cure for leftism besides bullets
I am very glad these people were not running thr show in those days, i mean look what they did in France ( Reign of Terror)
McIlroy? Magy? Sounds like white libs who never rode the bus to the black hoods of the city, and out of lib guilt, makes everyone have the same guilt.
Anyone ever hear of someone taking the last bus from Compton to Hollywood? I DID. Once. Damn adventure..it all starts when a black crackhead talks expletives to another woman at the back for a full 30 minutes. Great experience (s/)
Holy cow, I just laughed so hard I swallowed my tongue! Thank you for a rant summarizing my lack of caring for hyper sensitivity to common sense and reality combined!
That’s a private bus actually.
Well gosh lady do you think some of it has to do with people being fed up with the “little angels” you want everyone to encounter daily trying to send their pool of victims to meet the real ones?
Of course private riders would also miss the live entertainment that only public transit can offer;

My solution is to avoid busses entirely and drive my Navigator. I also usually fly first class on domestic routes.
The 4 Immutable Laws:
1) Those who spend their own money on themselves are concerned with price and quality.
2) Those who spend their own money on others are concerned with price but not quality.
3) Those who spend others money on themselves are concerned with quality but not price.
4) Those who spend others money on others are concerned with neither quality nor price.
There's a suitcase pokin' me in the ribs
there's an elbow in my ear!
Smelly old bum standin' next to me
he hasn't showered in a year!
I think I'm missin' a oontact lens
I think my wallet's gone!
And I think this bus is stoppin' again to let a couple more freaks get on! Lookout!
dun dun dun
Another one rides the bus!
