Opposition to Obama and his ilk is the highest form of Patriotism.

What did he classify his opposition to George Bush as? Insurrection? Rebellion?

Another affirmative action hire that shows his abject ignorance of our history and our form of government.. Chances are excellent that he never read the documents of the founding of our nation, but this offensive jerk gets a fat paycheck from the Big Government believers at the Compost because he fills a quota for them. That is why the Democrat media has no credibility.

Does it seem that we are rapidly heading to a point where every expression of traditional Christian morality and every criticism of statism is considered a crime, even treason? And that the MSM are not pushing back against this trend, but are fueling it?

“If this be treason, make the most of it”

Patrick Henry’s words are more than appropriate again.

How come I think it would be a safe bet that he also believes that opposition to George Bush was patriotism. There are way too many racial elitists in America and surprise the vast majority are not White!

It is sad that the media still insists on calling them executive orders.

So what? Resistance to a tyrant is the responsibility of citizens and patriots, acquiescence and cooperation is treason.

“This little bit of “insurrection” will likely be decided in the Supreme Court and not on the battlefield.”

I’d hope so but I distrust the current ruling class to the extent that I doubt it.

Executive orders are supposed to be written to clarify laws passed by Congress. For example, if a law states that “ widgets are not to be sold across state lines.” A president can issue an executive order declaring how he plans on enforcing illegal widget transfers. Executive orders along these lines are common and all presidents have written them.

Executive orders are “announcements of new laws” . The president cannot raise the voting age, declare 5 million illegal aliens legal, or allow states without exchanges to get Obamacare subsidies by executive order.

States, like Arizona, defying the latter type of executive orders are not in insurrection. President Obama is. Our system is designed such that the Federal Courts are now supposed to side against Obama. This is part of the “checks and balances” . If they do not, it will be the saddest day of my adult life.

In addition, the Iran Nuclear deal, is only legal if ratified by the Senate. This is also how our system works. Shock!

The reality that Colbert King and the millions like him refuse to recognize, or more likely are covering up is, based on the Declaration of Independence the long term evisceration of our Constitution is nothing but the political parties abusing the power of government to rebel against US citizens who are now beginning to recognize our survival is at stake.

It’s not insurrection; it’s our civic duty.
