We have all gay everything
We have welfare as the norm
We have our military down to bare minimums
We have the Republicans running like scared rabbits
We have a President that kowtows to everyone
And on and on.
“Get used to it” implies surrender to it, and that there will be no divine repercussions—there will be.
And the “running like scared rabbits” is an act, of course.
“Whether you call them RINOs (Republican In Name Only), liberal Republicans or the Establishment”
Other possibilities include:

we cannot even count on them backing Guliani by himself fending off Obama... thus we cannot count on them countering. putin or Islamic terror.
Somebody on this site pointed out a while back that conservatives are actually the RINOs. Republicans are what they are and they are certainly not instinctively conservative. Conservatives are the anti-establishment non-conformers. Just look at the vast majority of elected republicans in DC if you don’t believe it.
Someone has to be the first to raise their banner and step forward onto the field.
As individuals, we're powerless to do anything to stop what's happening. It will obviously take millions of us to put a stop to the massive treason befalling us.
But someone's got to step forward to begin the wave of the millions who will follow.

It becomes clearer every day that there are not only two parties in Washington, D.C., but there are also two wings of the Republican Party. Conservatives who fight for limited government, fewer taxes, less regulation, more freedom, devolving federal power to the states, prudent immigration, and constitutional principles.

The RINO are just like the Conservative Party (Tory) in the UK. They love big government. Only UKIP is the true right wing party there
Yes, we will, but it'll take something a LOT stronger than peaceful rallies in the park to get it done.
It's going to take millions of us protesting in DC, and committing thousands of acts of civil disobedience (not violence). We're going to have to lock that whole town up, and make such a ruckus, that no one can ignore us. And we're going to have to stay there for as long as it takes to make fedzilla back down.
That is the interim step between the ballot box and the cartridge box. We either take that step, or events will degrade the situation to the next step all on their own.
When do we start the UKIP type party in this country that will tell liberals and conservatives alike that the big party political machines are bought and paid for by special interests that are not operating in their interests.
That’s the message that UKIP has spread among others in attracting 40 percent of Labour voters and 2/3rd’s of Conservative voters in two special elections for parliamentary seats recently.
We need a new party that draws in Democrats, Republicans and Independents to beat the two old dinosaur parties.
