Yes, we will, but it'll take something a LOT stronger than peaceful rallies in the park to get it done.
It's going to take millions of us protesting in DC, and committing thousands of acts of civil disobedience (not violence). We're going to have to lock that whole town up, and make such a ruckus, that no one can ignore us. And we're going to have to stay there for as long as it takes to make fedzilla back down.
That is the interim step between the ballot box and the cartridge box. We either take that step, or events will degrade the situation to the next step all on their own.

I am hoping this interim step starts soon. I'm about ready to go to D.C. and just "sit in" with signs on the steps, ongoing protests, etc, . . pick your steps, capitol, WH, or individual congress critters. I don't have a good feeling about any of this, but something has to be done.
