If you wrote it, just post it here ...

To whom the future belongs…

We are living in truly unprecedented times.

Much of the world is on edge right now, torn between discerning reality from false narrative, scared that if the wrong choice is made about what to believe is true, they will be crucified for offending the wrong people, and labeled a racist or bigot for their entire life.

Much of the Western world prefers to indulge in Western frivolities, taking pictures with their iPhone of what they are eating , then sharing that with their friends on Facebook, or Tweeting the new Kim Kardashian photo, or talking about how stylish Taylor Swift’s dress was on the red carpet last night.

But despite all the frivolities that inevitably come from having such powerful technology at our fingertips, there is also provided the ability to remain current on events happening world wide with real-time updates and video at the touch of our fingertips. Many people in the West tend to tailor their newsfeed to leave out things that make them uncomfortable, or things that are unpleasant, but those types of things are getting harder and harder to filter out and ignore.

I’m going to talk about something that is going to make you uncomfortable. Something that you may not want to hear. Avert your eyes, if you have not the courage to listen to something you may not agree with.

…..

Go on, you still have time….

….

Alright, if you are still with me, buckle up.

“The future does not belong to those who slander the Prophet of Islam.”
We’ve all heard it. Or most of us have at least.

If you haven’t, these words were not spoken by the leaders of ISIS. They were not spoken by Osama Bin Laden. They were not spoken by the leaders of Saudi Arabia, Iran, Afghanistan, or any other Muslim country on this planet.

They were spoken by the current President of the United States of America, Barack Obama.

This is unprecedented for a number of reasons, but the main reason is because of the power and influence that is inherent in the position this man holds. It’s not because Barack Obama on his own is an incredibly influential man. It’s because by virtue of his position, he is able to wield more power and influence than the next 10 most powerful people in the world combined.

When a lot of our main media outlets follow suit with the message the President espouses regarding the squelching of free speech and expression, it sends a very powerful message. Something that the press has fought centuries for, the right to freedom of speech and freedom of expression, they are now willingly letting slip away, in the name of political correctness.

What we saw in France was a bold and fearless group of journalists, that drew a red line in the sand.

They said, knowing exactly what would happen, that this is where we stand. Come at us, if you want. Bring everything you’ve got, because we will not back down. We would rather die standing, than live kneeling in fear.

And that’s exactly what they did. Their actions will echo for generations to come. I will do everything in my power to ensure that they and others that have taken actions just like them will never be forgotten.

I know others that will help me, too.

Some will say they were stupid. Some will say that there is a difference between bravery and idiocy, and that this was pure idiocy.

Even lunacy.

Why didn’t they just concede to the screams of Islamophobia, and silence themselves? Why didn’t they just stop slandering the Prophet of Islam, when they understood where it could lead?

The same reason I will not.

Islam is a cancer.

Islam is the most violent and oppressive worldview this planet has ever encountered, and I will continue to tell people this.

Make no mistake, I am not saying anything about Muslims – I am speaking purely about Islam as a worldview and what it teaches.

I know many Muslims, and respect and love them with all my heart. The ones that I know are compassionate, gentle, loving people that I have a profound respect for, and I gladly call them my friends. I bear no ill will for them at all in my heart.

Having said that, I pray every day for them to see the light, that the worldview that they follow is not the truth. I pray every day that they experience the truth in their life, and it washes over them like a waterfall, and changes their life forever.

Some will say that no human being can possibly know for sure which religion is the right one, we can only know when we cross to the other side – so until that time, all religions are beyond criticism and essentially equal in their truth claims.

I said before that the President of the United States is an incredibly influential and powerful man. I think it’s safe to say that he (no matter who occupies the position at any given time), is the most powerful man in the world, by far…

Save for one…

There is one human that is more powerful and influential than the President. And he knew the answer to the question “which religion is the right one?”

Jesus.

Science points to His truth.

History demonstrates it.

Logic and reason demand it.

Objective morality requires it,

and personal experience shows it.

He is the only one with enough power and influence to save us from ourselves and our plight – the one with the answer. One day this world in it’s entirety will realize that fact, whether or not it’s too late at that point remains to be seen.

God bless the families and friends of those torn apart by these acts of hate and terror, may a peace that only God’s hand can provide be laid upon you and your loved ones to help get you through these impossible times.

Those of us who know the truth of what is going on will continue to advocate for you, continue to spread the truth about what is happening. We will not be bullied into silence by those that are hostilely committed to remaining in their politically correct and comfortable reality.

Jesus is more powerful than you, Obama, so to whom the future belongs remains to be seen…

Has anyone told you yet that it is considered bad manners on FR to exerpt a blog post? Especially if it’s your own? To be looked on as a community member instead of a troll, post all the text.

Well done. The future remains to be seen but is already well known.

As for Obama, he really is revealing who he is these days. I shudder at no American representatives being in Paris today. It is foreboding. Our allies must unite and work together against their cancer because they will get no help from the current administration.

Why, oh, why is it still in power?

By the way, liked your Dec blog post. Recent figures put 92million Americans not working. And we also respect your Prime Minister Stephen Harper over (and over) and above this administration.
