Everyone on the Eric Garner thread who is condoning what the cops did to him needs to read this. They support crap like this when they support thug cops who kill a man for selling cigarettes. Police departments across this country are out of control. The No Knock Warrant, the free MRAPs, the SWAT teams, and the warrior mentality have to go.

Was Eric Garner breaking a Constitutional law? Where in the Constitution is a right given to sell black market cigarettes in front of shops obeying Constitutional laws? The Austin police Chief wants to void your Constitutional right to the Second Amendment. There is a difference.
