I’ve been boycotting most spectator sports. When they give up the taxpayer subsidies, I might reconsider.

The NFL’s treatment of Rush Limbaugh was a warning bell, and we ignored it.

NFL and NBA since 2009 have been slush funds into the Obama Machine.
Its just entertainment, just like the movies coming out of Hollywood.

My husband enjoys the traditions of Sunday afternoon football. He works very hard so I don’t begrudge him that enjoyment. We both grew up in New England and when in high school I even got to stand at the 50 yard line at Foxboro for a marching band competition. His favorite team is the Steelers due to fond childhood memories of Bradshaw.

That being said, the NFL’s recent celebration of sodomy is only the tip of the ice berg for me. With a few exceptions ( Michael Orr being one) the NFL is comprised of a bunch of entitled thugs many whom are criminals, or at the very least amoral.

There’s Rothlesberger the womanizer/rapist. There’s Tom Brady whom while extremely talented has an out of wedlock child that he threw to the curb for a Brazilian supermodel who dresses him up like a pansy and brings him to parties where various men grope her. There is Viking’s player Aiden Peterson who has sex with so many women he has no idea how many children he may have or where they live. These are but a few examples of what the NFL has to offer.

Hollywood is no better certainly, but as long as Americans themselves refuse to live by any God fearing moral standards why would we expect their heroes too?

Absolutely!

All you have to do is ‘vote with your dollars’ and discontinue spending on their tickets. Stop buying that gear, etc.

Also, send a message to broadcast sponsors...you won’t be buying THEIR stuff either!

There is an agenda behind political correctness. It is the same as the TSA agenda.

The Marxists are conditioning us to accept their premise without question. The TSA serves one purpose. To prepare Americans for the long lines that will ensue from shortages.

The political correctness agenda was created to slowly condition us to not question the governments actions. This is why it is only focused at white, middle class Christian men. Eventually we will be wussified to a point where we will no longer have the ability or will to rise up against the government.

I watch a very little golf. There really are no other sports or sports teams than the U. of Louisville and U. of Kentucky basketball, that is my totally unbiased opinion.

After the last Super Bowl, I vowed to stop watching NFL games. That Super Bowl was so awful that it made me realize what a waste of time watching the NFL actually is.

Be happy with your Wildcats. I’ll go with teams that have players from their own states.

in between we get to watch a few minutes of rich prima donnas.

I was sure it was watching some football player kissing his "partner" that did it.

We are not prejudiced against players from other states. We have the best players money can buy. The purest form of the free market in action you will ever see. How can you be against that. We even recruit from the overlooked 7 states Obama talks about. What could be more fair.

Costs a fortune, check.
What they did to Rush was just flat out ignorant.
The NFL forces the teams to wear pink in October to support Komen who is a major funder of planned parenthood. There are a lot of devout Christian players who are being forced to openly support the abortion industry. Wonder how many players know this.
Now they are openly celebrating a player not for his playing ability but for his sexual preferences.

The NFL used to be a spectator sport for the entire family especially young boys. Now because of their behaviors/attitudes, we must censor the NFL from our kids.

Nice going NFL, you all turned from an American institution into an adult industry.

Great post - I’ve been following the NFL since Y.A. Tittle was quarterback for the N.Y. Giants. Finally this year my team won the big one (Seattle) so I can die happy. After this homo crap I am done and will be informing the league of my intentions, like they give a crap.

I have been a NFL ticket subscriber since it’s inception on the C band. I contacted Direct TV this morning to insure that I will NOT be renewed for the coming year. No National Faggot League for me.

It’s hard to believe, but I’m glad that at 70 I don’t have that much longer to witness the decline and degradation of this once great nation. Can’t imagine what life at 70 is going to be like for my grandchildren.

I quit watching the NBA in about 95, and the NFL in the early 2000’s. Was tough, my patriots won a couple titles (finally), but I never did watch them win one.

I turn it on occasionally, but prefer hockey these days. Trying to learn to like soccer, but I just can’t get there yet...
