Eric Holder a champion of minority voter fraud.

Why limit this turd to championing just that.

Eric Holder: caught red handed running guns out of the United States. Eric Holder: caught smuggling the drugs he traded the guns for back into the United States. Eric Holder: caught laundering the drug and gun running money through corrupt banks down in South America. Eric Holder: held in criminal Contempt of the US Congress. Eric Holder: caught using the power of the Office of the Attorney General to attack news reporters who might threaten the criminal cabal he is a part of. And, Eric Holder: caught lying to the House Judiciary Committee and the worst he faces is he might lose his job.

Black panters? Who the #311 is afraid of some little punks holding sticks? I’d DARE them to stand in my way.

Fortunately I live in a place consisting of old people.

One woman told the County that she could not serve on a jury because she was not a citizen. But she could certainly vote, proudly telling the NBC reporter that she had voted in every election for years. Asked if she knew this was not legal, a dead silence ensued.

What? An NBC reporter?

I expect democrat illegals to vote - expect them to lie - expect them to refuse jury duty. That's normal. But an NBC reporter asking a real news question? Knock me over with a feather...that's flat out weird.

Now just a cotton pickin’ minit here. Let’s be fair. Voter fraud is a time-honored American tradition. Where would this great country be without the likes of Boss Tweed, Richard Daly, Big Bill Thompson, Lyndon Banes Johnson, John F. Kennedy and the brave men and women of Tammany Hall and ACORN?

In Wisconsin the citizenship question is reduced to a statement in a sea of fine print on the registration application where the applicant is supposed to color in a tiny dot if he/she is a citizen. Half the time the registrar misses whether that is colored in and just accepts the application. If the registrar catches it later, she colors it in.

What does your dynamic "conservative" GOP governor have to say about that? And what do your state legislative GOP majorities think? Do they even recognize the problem?

This is actually not an uncommon way by which aliens on registered voting lists are trapped and caught. I've heard of a number of cases such as this. They register illegally to vote, which puts them in a potential local jury pool, and so can be called up for jury duty. When they're called for jury duty and try to get out by claiming they aren't citizens, they've incriminated themselves as illegal voters. But, odds are that they won't get much of a penalty of any kind (except maybe they'll be removed from the voting lists, as some Florida state officials wish to do) despite the fact that I've been told that in Florida, illegal voting is a felony.

Holder is not interested in crimes against most white people, and some blacks.

Black Panther Party is only one example.
The labor thugs in Wisconsin who beat a black man is another.
Knockout game thugs, another. No hate crime charges.

Black home invasions of whites. No hate crime charges.

Holder was educated by white-hating lawyers at Harvard Law School including Ogletree and Derek Bell, among others. So was Obama.

Explains a lot, if not all of the reasons behind their impeachable behavior.

The NAACP, once a decent organization, has now devolved into a hate-whitey group of wackojobs and professional haters.

It was formed by blacks and whites (esp. Jewish lawyers who were well acquainted with being the targets of religious discrimination), to combat the blatantly terrible racial prejudice in America.

Today, the NAACP is a degenerate hate organization by itself, and who suffers from it the most, the decent blacks who once looked to it to help them, not to promote lawlessness regarding voter fraud and intimidation.

Somewhere George Orwell is spinning in his grave.

Felony, shmelony. Emma Lazarus counts them as huddled masses. They’re from a teeming shore. And they’re yearning to not only breath free, but eat free, vote free, and play free games such as Pac Man and knock-down.

That is called "pencil whipping"....a civil servant falsifyng an offical document without doing the evidentiary bgrnd, is subject to termination and jailtime.

The GOP and our Governor are well aware of the problem. I’ve lived here 27 years and photo Voter ID has been approved by the legislature at least 4 times, enjoys overwhelming popular support, but has been stopped in the courts every time, including now where it is in the Supreme Court as I write. The Wisconsin Supreme Court seems to be stalling its decision.

And we dare not even speak of getting rid of the Registration at the Polls law. A former US Senator (Russ Feingold) even tried to make that odious procedure a national law but we kicked him out of office before he could accomplish that. Registration at the polls does not allow the city clerks the opportunity to check residence, or other particulars before the election. It’s too late after the votes are cast and counted.

Our voting regulations are governed by an “independent” body called the Government Accountability Board. The Governor has no control over them, except to replace them individually when their terms expire. A lot of us think that the GAB should be disbanded, but nobody has come up with a plan yet. The GAB is composed of a lot of left leaning former judges and others who were appointed by the previous Democrat Governor.

Falsifying Government Documents involves altering, changing, or modifying a public document for the purpose of deception.......can also involve forgery and/or passing copies of false documents. Falsifying documents is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, such as extortion, government fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, financing terrorism........

Types of documents commonly falsified may include:
◾Tax returns and income statements
◾Personal checks
◾Bank account records
◾Business record keeping books
◾Immigration documents (such as visas, passports, etc.)
◾Identification cards and birth certificates

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting factual information such as prices or monetary amounts
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Concealing assets or property WRT obtaining federal/state grants))
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party. /

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

Well, Bill, a little earlier. Most states had done away with property restrictions to vote by the 1820s, but pretty close.

I agree with all this, and still don’t think it has changed the outcomes of many elections, and few significant ones. The two biggest frauds in my lifetime were Cook Co. in 1960 and the “early call” of FL in 2000.

Where you see the dramatic increase, however, is between the popular vote totals in 1824 & 1828, where there is an upward explosion.

Actually, I believe South Carolina still restricted the vote to the 1840s.

My personal feeling is that with the increased urbanization--however aesthetically unfortunate--it would not be practical to return to an acreage requirement--as in the Northwest Ordinance. What should, however, be made an issue is allowing people being bribed by completely unearned benefits, to vote for any level of Government that is bribing them.

Just raising the issue would increase awareness of the problem, and increase the vote among Conservatives.

You people are woefully deficient in the key historic theory behind Minority Voter Fraud (A bit of a redundancy there.)

Lemme break this down for you before we are all sent to Eric Holder Political Re-Education Camp, OK?
You see, my children, African-Americans were in bondage for 400 years in the New World. Of course, during that entire period of white exploitation of this noble race, the slaves were denied the franchise.

As anyone who has completed a New Math course can easily deduce, these denied votes would easily increase to a number in the BILLIONS over the centuries, not to mention the millions upon millions who perished in the sea voyage from Africa to our shores. (Number source: Maya Angelou)

That means, as night follows day, that the descendants of these former slaves have the right ... nay the duty ... to make up for all those of years of missed elections. They must reclaim the lost rights of their ancestors. They know through race memory exactly how those ancestors would have voted, had they the chance. So, vote for them they must. Early. Often. Electronically. By Mail. By appearing at multiple precincts in the Federally Funded Church Van, and if needs be, appearing as a virtual voter construct in the geek-mind of some young nerd who grew up on Sim City.

In the case of African-American women, even after Emancipation they were denied the right to vote by vicious, patriarchal, hierarchical, gender-normative, imperialist, colonial men ... so they are owed ... in addition to a free cell phone, Sec 8 housing, EBT, AFDC, and Medical, as many extra votes as needed to assure their continued reception of these benefits.

Illegal aliens are another case in point where you Republicans and Conservatives need a little straightening out. They are also the descendants of slaves and other oppressed classes. In their case, they reach back into the mists of colonial time to use the names of as many of their ancestors, legitimate and otherwise, as they possibly can, honoring them with multiple identities and making sure that each identity has full rights, benefits, and any goodies left lying around by other oppressed minorities. That includes the vote for each identity. Fair is fair.

I hope you fanatical Right Wing Racists will see the justice here. After all, it's not as if minority voters are out to strip you of the franchise ... unless absolutely necessary of course.
