One of the many huge issues with the infamous healthcare.gov website, that is only now getting the notoriety it deserves is this: There is currently no mechanism to get payments from the enrollees to the prospective insurance companies.
But, hey…No prob, bro. The insurance companies can simply submit their estimates to the Feds, who will get them the money—all to be settled up later.

Yesterday we learned that reconciliations will be done MANUALLY. Hard copy reviews! The first thought I had was that this may be Obamacare’s job growth plan. No way around the fact that Ins co’s will need more bodies to process them.
What with that many moving parts could go wrong? Remember Rube Goldberg contraptions?
I could never understand when the website fiasco hit, the regime didn’t immediately hire a half million clerks to process this stuff manually.

There aren't that many ambulatory, potty trained liberals who can do basic arithmetic.
The census hired 635,000 people and this is a very similar skill set in my view. Locate them in FEMA trailers around the country, give them Obamaphones and piles of paper and turn them loose.

Guy who owns the sailboat next to ours fell off the boat and broke his shoulder. I noticed he disappeared and left the boat wide open so we had no clue what happened to him. Finally someone from the office of our marina called me and gave me his phone number because he wanted to talk to me. When I called him he wanted me to close up the boat and told me the hatch was a Rube Goldberg contraption. Boy was it! Even with him on the phone with me I couldn’t figure it out and had to go get an engineer neighbor who worked on it at least 30 mins. lol

I didnt mean exclusively free-free.
The main point is that if some of others money is used for me after taken from them then I am ahead regardless of details.
