It is astounding the lengths that people will go in order to provide cover for Obama over the terrorist attack in Benghazi that left four Americans dead. Today, a bill that offered a $5 million reward for information on the Benghazi attacks or helping to capture the terrorist behind the attack was kept from being voted on. The culprit? Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Yes, an American senator made an objection to a bill offering a reward for information on evil people who attacked and murdered US citizens. This shows just how low our government has fallen.
Listening to the America Now with Andy Dean show, they played the audio of the bill being brought up and then Harry Reid making an objection, which means that the bill won't go the Senate floor for a vote. I assume this is the bill that Ted Cruz introduced yesterday as that bill authorized the Secretary of State to offer such a reward. It's beyond pitiful that Democrat lawmakers continue to help the Obama administration stonewall any investigation or seek out those murderous bastards who perpetrated it. Thank goodness that these modern day, progressive liberal Democrats weren't the majority back in 1941 when Pearl Harbor was attacked. If they had been, they might have downplayed the attack, figuring it would make FDR look bad.
The actions of Harry Reid goes beyond utter contempt as he spits in the face of the families who lost loved ones in Benghazi. It's been over a year and there are still no clear answers as that the Obama administration and all his allies have stymied investigations and stonewalled the American people. This objection by Harry Reid comes on the heels of new details about the attack, such as the fact that two other Americans were severely injured. There will be more hearing this week about Benghazi, but it'll be in classified sessions. Expect the Democrats and the mainstream media to work overtime to bury the Benghazi scandal and blame Republicans for conducting a political witch hunt.
Senator Lindsey Graham is putting a hold on all nominees put forward by the Obama administration until Obama allows the Benghazi survivors to testify in front of Congress. It'll be interesting to see how this game of political chicken will carry itself out, but the real story is why is the Obama administration doing everything to bury Benghazi? The answer is that they did nothing to help the US consulate in Libya despite repeated requests for additional security and that a response team was given the orders to stand down. (One of the most sobering things I've ever heard was an interview with the consulate member who was in contact with Washington and he asked when help would arrive. He was told that it wasn't coming. You could tell that this man had lost faith in his nation when he recounted the story because he talked about how consular people always went out abroad with the belief that if something bad were to happen, our country would have their back. Hearing him talk about when he realized that it didn't, under Obama, it almost broke my heart.)
This whole situation is a disgrace and that the Democrats continue to help the Obama administration stonewall any real investigation is beyond the pale. I don't think it's out of line to call such actions treasonous.

Falls under the “aid and comfort” clause of Article 3 section 3, looks like to me. Harry’s fate is sealed, no matter how long it takes to deliver his due or who does it.
Change it to “Tea-bagger Rethuglican Militiamen” and he’d vote for it in a Clark County minute....
The GOPers could propose Harry Reid Appreciation Day and he would object....
