Saturday Night Live Mocks Obamacare in Hilarious Skit Sep. 29, 2013 8:45am Oliver Darcy
Obamacare, Saturday Night Live, Video
Late night comedy show Saturday Night Live turned the tables on President Barack Obama and devoted an entire skit last night aimed at mocking his signature healthcare law.
The roughly seven-minute skit depicted an actor playing the president delivering a speech dedicated to showcasing the supposed benefits of the healthcare law.
However, as individuals were called up one-by-one to testify in favor of Obamacare, they instead delivered some surprising news.
I am psyched for Obamacare, one woman said, explaining now that I have healthcare, I can get sick all the time!
Mr. Obama here, he made sure my son will never have to lift a finger here to get insurance, a man proclaimed.
Another man, who was called up to explain how easy it supposedly is to enroll in Obamcare, said he himself had failed to do so because it is too complicated to figure out.
Watch the skit here (Editors note: The video contains some mature content):

See the video.
It not only mocks Soetoro, it mocks his followers.
I sense the TIDE has shifted...now that SNL has entered the fray!
Thank you.
I am amazed at how the Blaze is laden with adverts. I can’t watch the video without completely disabling my ad and script blockers.
“I sense the TIDE has shifted...now that SNL has entered the fray!”
I wouldn’t be too hasty. Remember SNL is NBC and NBC is in the tank for Obama.
I just take it as a very funny skit and enjoy it for the laughs and nothing more. Because with Obamacare on its way we need a laugh once in awhile to help our sanity a little in the face of the coming disaster to our America as we know it.
Truth through parody. Who’d a “thunk” it?
If SNL is mocking this 0bamanation, you know the wheels are coming off.
SNL laughing in the faces of the people.
Reminds me of that old saying, “Many a truth is said in jest.”
That’s precisely what I thought. They took a dig at Ted Cruz while throwing some love to one of the most liberal republicans (Christie). Not as funny as I thought this was going to be....
Yes, for us BB fans we knew that was going to be coming from “Jesse” in the skit.
Actually pulls a lot of punches, per usual.
Lots of extraneous stuff, such as the surgeon and putting things up butts, and the suggestion that Obama and Obamacare are getting blamed for stuff they have nothing to do with.
Nothing at all about all the job losses, insurance getting dropped by employers, reduced work hours, lack of hiring, massive deductibles on top of increased rates, puny doctor networks on the Obamacare exchanges, etc., etc..
The only supposed complaints are 1) he hasn’t explained it well, 2) it’s not simple, and 3)—which is really a feature, given the youth of SNL’s audience, is that young people get coverage off of their parents even if they don’t bother to get a job.
Yeah, it’s even worse than Breitbart.
Actually, the right is pretty bad about this in general—excepting of course our heroic JimRob: Lucianne is tough to visit, as is the Daily Caller, and even, increasingly, NRO.
Oh, VERY well done! Good 0bama impersonation, though he wasn’t quite ‘uppity’ enough, LOL!
By running a long skit with beleaguered Obama, but no real exposure of the horrors of Obamacare, SNL actually is doing Barry a big favor.
Video won’t play for me. Yes, I turned off my ad blocker.
Goggle Utube and search Obama care Saturday night live, this
is hysterical the doctor made me laugh so hard I was crying!!
I doubt the tide has shifted. Free stuff is still just way to attractive. Add not having to do a thing for it and it wins every time.
