I suppose this post may qualify me as being an Islamaphobe. Since radical Islam goes out of its way to declare how they aren't radical and are the religion of peace, I just can't help but point out how false that is. It's just tragic that so many people have to die for us to learn that rhetoric for the lie it is. Kenya is the latest hot spot for radical Islam to perform its random acts of kindness murder. Fox News - The Al Qaeda-linked Somali militant group al-Shabab is claiming responsibility for a deadly attack targeting non-Muslims at an upscale mall in Kenya's capital.Time after time, we have seen the callous disregard for human life shown by Islamic terrorists. They show no qualms at killing innocent men, women, or children, who they deem to be acceptable targets. We can't target their Mosques without suffering the wrath of the media and the general Islamic population, but they can kill people who have nothing to do with the battle the terrorists are supposedly fighting.A statement from al-Shabab on its official Twitter feed Saturday says the attacks, which killed at least 39 and wounded 150, including American citizens, are retribution for military action by Kenya inside Somalia. The group said it was now shifting the battlefield to Kenya. Police say they are treating the assault as a "terrorist attack."
Witnesses say the gunmen asked victims they had cornered if they were Muslim: If the answer was yes, several witnesses said, those people were free to go. The non-Muslims were not.
The group said its fighters entered Nairobi's upscale Westgate Mall at around noon and were still inside more than nine hours later. Kenyan military special forces had entered the mall in an effort to end the standoff.
The tragedy of it all strikes me hard. Innocents are dead because they were not Muslim and were in the wrong place at the wrong time. The stupidity of it all strikes me even harder. How much longer will we continue to see our media gloss over the murderous actions of the Islamic terrorists? When will we learn they can only be trusted to do one thing? They perpetrate violence wherever they go, against whomever they choose, all because of this or that perceived wrong.
Tell me again how Islam is the religion of peace. I am far past the point of complete disbelief of that tragic lie.
