NUN IN SYRIA CLAIMS SHE HAS ‘EVIDENCE’ PROVING VIDEO FOOTAGE OF CHEMICAL ATTACK WAS FABRICATED

A nun in Qara, Syria, claims she has “evidence” proving video footage of the deadly chemical attack in Syria was fabricated. Mother Agnes Mariam el-Salib, mother superior of St. James Monastery, told Russia Today that she plans to submit her findings to the United Nations Human Rights Commission.

Before we go any further, it must be noted that RT is widely considered to be the media mouthpiece of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his regime. Given the political differences in the Syria conflict between the U.S. and Russia, as well as the numerous conspiracy theories surrounding the chemical attack, it’s hard to know what to discount and what to take seriously.

Yet, here we have an unlikely story that may get some attention in the news – but can anyone really trust Russia Today? Assuming the outlet didn’t alter the nun’s quotes in any way, let’s start by examining exactly what she told RT.

Hmm, has the Blaze ever noted that about the NY Times, Wash. Post, or any of the alphabet TV news outlets?

It’s staged. Too many “doctors” and “nurses” walking around without decontamination gear on.

Funny how this pathetic excuse of a president has video footage of an alleged chemical weapons attack, but we have never seen so much as a snapshot of a dead bin Laden.

Hmmm?

Don’t you know that showing pictures of dead Muslims are against their religion or something?
unless,of course its to advance some cause...then its ok.
AQ learned from the Democrats. The USA must attack Syria for the children.

It’s a tossup. I don’t trust Russia any more than I trust Obama’s minions. They are both habitual liars and propagandists.

I keep waiting for someone to explain chemical weapons to the public, but I guess that doesn’t fit Obama’s agenda. We have military personnel who are highly trained in chemical weapon use. I was not a Chemical Officer, but I will try to provide a little information on chemical weapons. A chemical attack is not a miles wide cloud of gas rolling across the terrain. Chemical weapons are affected by: wind; rain; heat; sunlight; humidity; terrain; volume; means of dispersal. Chemical weapons are dispersed by spraying or from exploding projectiles. Spraying can be by aircraft or from vehicles or by pumping it out of cans. Chemical missile or artillery rounds are about as instantly lethal as high explosives with shrapnel against people without chemical protective gear. Persistent chemical agents remain in the area for awhile and are harmful if you directly breathe them or touch them with exposed skin. They degrade with time based on environmental conditions. The people using chemical weapons have to be concerned that the chemicals don’t blow back on them if the wind shifts. In most instances, it is not a precise weapon. Tear gas is a chemical weapon. There are chemical weapons that make you sick to your stomach. There has been experimentation with using hallucinogenic drugs as chemical weapons. I suppose that an enemy providing drugs to your populace is guilty of chemical warfare. Maybe this will bring out the experts.

When I was in the military, we wouldn't even touch a chemical weapon victim unless we were fully geared up. If there is any traces of Sarin on a victim then it could and probably would transfer some of chemicals to others not geared up.

Mother Agnes: I have carefully studied the footage, and I will present a written analysis on it a bit later. I maintain that the whole affair was a frame-up. It had been staged and prepared in advance with the goal of framing the Syrian government as the perpetrator.

The key evidence is that Reuters made these files public at 6.05 in the morning. The chemical attack is said to have been launched between 3 and 5 o’clock in the morning in Guta. How is it even possible to collect a dozen different pieces of footage, get more than 200 kids and 300 young people together in one place, give them first aid and interview them on camera, and all that in less than three hours? Is that realistic at all? As someone who works in the news industry, you know how long all of it would take.

The bodies of children and teenagers we see in that footage – who were they? What happened to them? Were they killed for real? And how could that happen ahead of the gas attack? Or, if they were not killed, where did they come from? Where are their parents? How come we don’t see any female bodies among all those supposedly dead children?

I remember after the USS Vincennes (CG-49)(supposed) shoot down of the Irani Airliner that for a plane that had been ‘shot out of the sky’ by a Cruiser that the fuselage wasn’t all that bad and the ‘bodies’ were neatly ‘tethered’ together (or at least appeared to be) and appeared rather intact.

My comment at the time was “OSCAR LIVES”.
