Over the past few months, I’ve been advocating for a proactive strategy on immigration. It would be great for conservatives to go on offense and highlight Obama’s callous disregard for the rule of law. They should pass enforcement bills and block funding for Obama’s amnesty programs in budget bills. Unfortunately, because we are not blessed with control over the levers of power, any attempt to address this issue – even in a conservative pro-active way – will backfire.
Earlier today, Politico quoted a leadership aide who summed up exactly what we believe to be leadership’s strategy on immigration:
“Our members, by and large, want to get something done. They’d like to get a solution, but we’re not going to be taking up a comprehensive bill. So, to the extent that you really do want to get something done, you better start trying to figure out how to do it through a piecemeal process. We’re not going to suddenly collapse into a comprehensive bill.
“The odds of this are very low, but at the end of a process — if we’re able to advance some piecemeal bills — you could potentially get something broader. There’s the growing understanding in our party that we’ve got to deal with the legalization/citizenship issue, but that doesn’t affect the desire to get the enforcement right. So if you’re going to go and start stitching something together, our guys are going to have to have the enforcement stuff under their belt — border security, internal enforcement, E-Verify, all that.
“We are never, ever going to put immigration into an open-ended conference [committee with the Senate], because it could give rise to motions to instruct on the floor, and we’re not going to expose our members to that. So, if you’re going to have a comprehensive bill, you’re going to have to get a bunch of stuff individually through the House, and then you’re going to have to negotiate what we would call a pre-conference bill and it would basically have to be written. Then you would go into conference and come out right away with the bill.”
The amnesty shell-game really exposes the pitiful state of the party leadership. The establishment has become so out-of-touch with the grassroots of the party that we are now forced to oppose even bills we would like to support. Leadership will obviate our good will and use it to make an end-run around the base by going to conference, parachuting in bad provisions at the last minute.
We saw the same thing with the farm bill earlier this month. They co-opted our message of splitting agriculture from food stamps, only to add in more permanent subsidy programs. Moreover, we all know that they will reinsert the food stamps into the bill when they go to conference.
We are witnessing the same thing with the effort to defund Obamacare. Leadership is pushing its members to co-opt our defund effort by signing onto random defund bills, all the while undermining the only real effort to stop Obamacare – defund the behemoth through a must-pass bill.
It’s becoming clear that we will never effectively fight the Democrats unless we replace the current crop of leaders in the House and Senate. As long as the same obtuse leaders remain in place, even the best members will be forced to make tough choices against their better judgment. Why should we continue supporting failed leadership?
There is NO security, privacy or protection anymore from the US Federal Government.
The US Federal Government is now equivalent to Hitler’s Gestapo.
The US Federal Government is now Public Enemy Number One.
All that you and I have ever transmitted on the internet has been recorded for posterity by the NSA to use against us in any manner that current corrupt, or future corrupt Federal politicians choose to do so.

The reality is that WE would cheer “Shutting down the Government,” and it’s ‘non-essential’ Federal expenditures, or “playing politics” with Commie Obama’s “phony scandals” such as the Obama coverup of the Benghazi Massacre, or the NSA, or IRS, etc., etc., etc.
Rather than taking the fight TO the enemy, in this case the inexorable attempt to turn our Republic into a Communist State, Boehner has consistently shown that he is not a fighter by running away FROM the enemy.
It is time during Commie Obama’s con-artist tour of the remaining Liberal bastions in America for us to demand from our sorry House RINOs that they depose scardy-cat Boehner as Speaker, and install a FIGHTER worthy of our trust in his/her record of defeating Communist Con-Artists such as B. Most State Politicians cower when our sorry NINE SUPREMES dictate that the State has no authority to protect itself from illegal alien invaders.
As long as THE NINE SUPREMES have 4 Socialist Judges, there will always be a high risk that some gullible Judge from the Majority will cross over to the dark side and continue the destruction of our US Constitution as the signature accomplishment of the US Welfare State. While Rubio and his Eight Senate Gangsters put out political smoke and mirrors to “get a bill passed this year,” nothing they have said will change the basic problem of aliens illegally invading the USA.
The Basic Problem: Illegal aliens invade the USA for Welfare and Wages.
Solutions that address the Basic Problem:
1.) End the Anchor Baby Law.
2.) End the Hospital Emergency Room No Payment Law (EMTALA).
3.) End ANY other Welfare to Aliens.
4.) Fine US employers $1,000 per day per employee who is an alien.
5.) Spend NO money on “securing the border.” It is a bottomless money pit.
6.) Spend money on Chainlink/ Concertina wire desert prisons for the EXISTING Federal Law for a mandatory 6 month imprisonment for repeat offenders who have invaded our Country more than once.
7.) Transfer Border Invasion Enforcement to the US National Guard in each State, and thus under the control of the Governor of each State. The less Federal involvement, the better.
8.) Repeal all State and Federal Laws that prohibit voter officials and Police from requesting proof of US Citizenship for any reason what so ever.
9.) Be as hostile to all illegal alien invaders as we should be to all Federal politicians and Federal Judges who vote for or support another Ted Kennedy-style amnesty bill with no significant Federal enforcement.
Contact your local TEA Party, and plan to kick the sorry RINOs and even sorrier Democrats out of Congress in 2014!

When you see your job as one of passing bills just to be passing bills it is unlikely that much of the work will be productive or beneficial for the people.

See, to acknowledge that the government is at war with us for the purpose of subjugation and eventual elimination, means that one would have to actually DO SOMETHING about it. So - Normalcy Bias and cognitive dissonance reign amongst those whom this regime intends to ‘make go away’ - because acknowledging the truth is too horrible to even contemplate. Even when the truth of it is staring us in the face.
We have no idea what is about to happen to us.
But we have history to scream the warning that few, if any are willing to recognize applies to us, right now.
Horowitz has done a good job in his RedState columns over the last few weeks in outlining the complete failure of Republican House and Senate leadership.
I can hardly believe guys like Boehner and McConnell rise to power until I remind myself that the Republican Party is not a conservative party, it is only a money party. To the extent it still favors capitalism it has some value, to combat the socialism inherent in the Dhimm Party. But as for other conservative principles, and certainly for constitutional principles, Republicans are MIA. Except for the relatively few conservatives in Congress who identify as Republicans by default due to the lack of a more worthy party, the Republican Party is worthy of little more than contempt.
The entire leadership and RNC are part of the problem.... so are the majority of voters (real or not)
Laws these days are meaningless unless they are laws designed to buy votes and give away free shit to trespassers that good law abiding citizens are paying for.
Enforcement of Laws has broken down to the point of selective enforcement tyranny...
If all laws were equally enforced and selective enforcement didn’t exist there would be a lot fewer laws and bad laws would die soon after being passed because they would be so unpopular.

If the company fails to comply after 30 days it is to be shut down and auctioned off with the proceedes being paid to victims of illegal immigrant crime.
