I wanted to ask this question. Lets assume immigration reform passed.Let assume all known background checks ran.Lets assume finger prints are on file.Almost everyone is in the system.I ask what happens in the months to follow, when others from Mexico fathers, mothers, children by the thousands sneak into America.. What is the position of DHS,ICE, local and state official. Will they start arresting and detaining illegals ? Will we see in year or so the system is broken, you cannot punish the kids for the crimes of the parents and children hold rallies do not deport my mom or dad..Does it all start again until we get another 15-30 million illegals, who proclaim if the last illegals received amnesty why can't we.We need more dream acts, drivers licenses, etc, etc. When local and state lawmakers are told they must not enforce federal immigration laws for it leads to racial profiling and illegals will not trust police or report crimes. So does it all begin again. In 5 10 years another amnesty is needed.will this happen in the near future

Only chance to stop the Amnesty bill is for the House not to consider any immigration related bill at all.
Michelle Bachman explained it. ANY House bill no matter if it promises all the border security in the world will be a trojan horse.NO bill at all must come out of the House because it will be merged with the Senate Amnesty and trojan horse bill. Call congress.
Tell them to stop all Amnesty or immigration bills.they are all trojan horse bills. some will promise border security that will never be enforced anyway.
Bachmann explained it . The House will write a border security bill only . then in conference the senate will add the virus and then bring it back to the house. then the conservatives wont vote for it but democrats will all vote for it so then they only need 10% of republicans to pass Amnesty and the virus that will destroy America. so any bill at all will be added the virus . so best thing is for Boner to not let any immigration bill at all come out of the House. that is the only hope . call boner and the members of the House.
Tom Tancredo echos what Michelle Bachmann said.

call congress . no bill at all from the House
and of course boner must not bring the Senate bill for the House to vote on. no senate bill, no border security bill from the House .nothing.
JMO, but if the amnesty bill passes, America will be an open borders country. The invasion will never end.
bump
In short , don’t pass any immigration related legislation, none from the House
Only chance to stop the Amnesty bill is for the House not to consider any immigration related bill at all. Any bill from the House will be merged with the Senate Amnesty bill .
Rubio's office refused comment. McCain's said that such a proposal would be antagonistic.
To answer your question; not only would the flood gates be open, they'll all be voting in time for Hillary's election.
In the 80s, when Reagan got suckered by the left into granting amnesty for the estimated 3 million illegals, it was with the condition that Congress follow through and secure the border.
We know how that turned out. As I understand it, the current bill pushes amnesty first and then (can you guess?) . . . . . . . securing the border. So, IOW, Congress is, again, doing what it does so well, kicking the can down the road.
IMO, you are correct. 20, 30, 15 years from now, we will STILL be discusing what to do with all the illegals that have flooded into the country and the borders will STILL not be secure. We have laws on the books that cover imigration very nicely, but the feds don’t want to enforce them. Therein lies the stalemate.
Even the CBO in their own study stated that an immigration bill would ONLY DECREASE ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION BY 25%AFTER IMPLEMENTATION.
Sort of like homeopathy. How much can you dilute something (America) until it isn’t that thing anymore?
I think what you describe is EXACTLY what will happen, because it’s what has happened since the ‘86 amnesty.
Every immigration bill being considered will allow 11-30 million illegals to have a path to citizenship. The border will reamin as porous as it is today and there will be no better enforcement of our immigration laws. 11 million more will come and in a few years the politicians will tell us we need more immigration reform with is the code phrase for amnesty.
Exactly correct if the House does any immigration bill whatsoever, no matter how mild,it will be torn apart in a House/Senate conference and what the House gets back will be what they have now in the Senate and guess who the bad guys will be if it’s not passed. And, with Boehner you never know what he will do. He’s inconsistent at best.
The border will never be secured with the current administration. No matter who they repacle “Big Sis” with it will only get worse. That’s the way these chicago thugs work.
A few quick thoughts. . .
“They” keep saying the immigration system is “broken,” but never tell us what exactly is broken.
Broken meaning we don’t enforce laws already on the books? I can buy that.
And this nonsense about we-can’t-deport-them-all. . .of course we can. Stop pestering local and state law enforcement and let them have a go.
And this living-in-the-shadows thing. . .what?!! These illegal aliens are in your face and open about their status, heck, they are everywhere, on TV, in congress testifying, in the open, no living in the shadows. Nonsense.
No, the border will never be secure as long as politicians are involved, regardless of party affiliation. Both parties are convinced that if they allow our borders to remain as they are, they will reap the benefit of a permanent class of grateful, amnestied illegals who will always vote for that party.
Of course, the GOP is far more delusional than the Dems because the Dems talk a better story that the DBM (Democrat Bias Machine) pushes via TV and print propaganda outlets.
