BOTHELL, Wash. - A man considered a suspect in his wife's murder was arrested on a different charge Thursday, days after he was caught by police having sex with another woman in his front yard.

More than four hours of continuous obstruction , he better go to the hospital !
I don’t think this is going to help convince the homicide investigators that he’s not their guy.
"Out with the old, in with the new" probably won't cut it.
I guess his mourning period is over.

There are more articles regarding the history of this investigation. It goes back to March timeframe when the murder took place and all of Alans’ activities.

The woman with Smith that night, Love Thai, said the story is pretty simple.There's no love like sweet love."The story is we were there in the corner making sweet love," she said. "I said, 'Hey, you came into our private yard. The cop let us know that a neighbor reported that they saw sexual activity and I looked through and I said, 'Ok we're really sorry.'"
