Billy is just a standard issue good ol' boy with a broken zipper and enough charisma to get laid or elected.
Hillary is the dangerously ambitious one, with a temper and a full load of guile to go with the full diaper load between her ears.
If the Clinton Body Count belongs to anyone in that household, I'd put my money on Hillary. Her "What difference does it make?!?" performance reminds me of that girl in Phoenix.

Oh yes, and the attorney for the woman at the head of the IRS scandal notified ISSA's office that she will be pleading the 5th Amendment. I know this is not Benghazi but it is still going to be important.

Thanks Ernest. She hands over hardcopy, states that she *won't* turn over the server, and claims not that she was in compliance with the law -- she broke the law -- but not to worry, the system was secure, *even though we already know that it was hacked more than once.*
