Not one of Obama's appointments, whether it be spokespersons, staff, cabinet heads, ambassadors, czars, department heads or lower-court federal judges cares a hoot if they have "respect" or not. Why not?
Respect doesn't pay. Jobs pay. Their living is owed to and subject to the whims of Obama.
Their jobs pay real money. Along with real money comes benefits and many perks.
People need jobs in this economy whether they're high or low on the economic totem pole.
So these Obama appointees, ambitious toadies and thugs all, are hardbitten minions who've been around the pike in their lives.....and they don't give a hoot about garnering "respect" at their ages and in their strata.
Why? Because you can't eat "respect".
So keeping their jobs means everything, namely the salary, pensions, benefits, under-the-table stuff, etal....along with the usual intangible side benefits like various degrees of power, renown and ego fulfillment....but none of which, like "respect", are edible, either.
The above perfectly describes the schlump Carney.

Now we find they've sicced the IRS on Tea Party groups and they will lie and throw low level employees under the Obama bus.

I think Dennis Kucinich represents what may in the end become a movement against Obama from the anti-war left, who have been displeased with Obama for some time now. Benghazi is a told-you-so moment for them.
Guantanamo stil bothers them, and of course, the intervention in Libya really peeves the anti-war left.
Doesn’t help the dem party in ‘14, either.

I’ve always thought that Kucinich was one the most honest liberals (misguided though he may be, he doesn’t put party above being right) in Congress.
I remember how he called for impeachment for us going into Libya in the first place without congressional approval.
I expect Carney to move to ABC real soon.

I tend to agree with you. He doesn’t seem to be the kind of liberal whose sole mission is to protect his party’s president or other members from any accountability. I can’t stand those kind of liberals!
