Look at the 2001 track record of their emerald Logan Airport. That should give you a clue.
The Boston marathon was attacked because it was a soft target and the bombs were positioned to go off in front of many live television cameras and press photographers. Where else could that be easily done? They didn’t put the bombs past the finish line because the cameras were pointed the other way.
To what end? I have no idea.
