If she bought the kid at an adoption agency that sells childen to homo’s, it may be hers legally, but not from her blood line.

Unfortunately not enough straight couples have been opening their homes to needy children. In the presence of a vacuum something will fill its place. God’s blessing to you and others who have stepped up and made room in your lives for these children. You speak from experience.
Indeed. And, from the latest sociological data, it looks like ending up in the care of a pair of lesbians is even worse (on average) for kids than ending up the care of a pair of sodomists.
You speak of Socialogical data, and even though it may say that kids living with Homosexuals is not good , it does not penetrate the true depth of how bad it is because it is cleansed by the political correctness of not wanting to upset the Homo-applecart.
It is hard to get truth when political correctness enters into the equation, and right now th Homo’s are riding high on political correctness.
