This PDF file simply says the man has to surrender firearms. It doesn’t say why. We don’t know why. That’s my point.
Then there's this: A New York State Police Spokeswoman would not elaborate on details of this case but did say that, "No one, including State Police, is taking guns from anyone because they are on anti-anxiety medications."
No, don't throw the valium overboard!
Again, as in the above linked articles, your article is chock full of “apparantly” and “likely” while nobody authoritative has offered anything definitive.
the attorney indicates why in the accompanying news article on a thread i started here http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3006374/posts
“No, don’t throw the valium overboard!”
My “friend” has a naughty RN wife who has a whole drawer full of meds that should have been thrown out long ago and that is where the unused valium resides!
Ok... So a lawyer for a law firm says he has a client that is currently under a confiscation order isn’t good enough for you. He mentions his firm is currently handling 2 such cases.
But this isn’t good enough for you.
Not sure what you are looking for as “definitive”.
