[There basically two kinds of people in the U.S. of A. - people who want to live in freedom, and people who desire to be herded around. Ironically, the herd people are absolutely convinced that they are the ones who are truly on the side of freedom. That is what makes them such an actual threat to freedom in America. While they prance around boasting about the freedom that they believe they represent, they are instead shackling America in tyranny more each day. Freeple or Sheeple Which Are You?

• I have found that (FYI, I am a Canadian) most Americans live their lives boldly, but some live in a state of paranoia.

• Those who live a life of paranoia may fear the content of this website, or even this slideshow.

• But I can permanently release you from any inherent paranoia, American liberal! You'll see...

• You may think that you have the liberal/conservative divide in America all figured out.

• I doubt it.

• Just answer this one question:

• Would you prefer others to direct your life, or would you prefer to direct your own life?

• Free people direct their own lives, and sheep have their lives directed by others.

• Or in other words, freeple direct their own lives, and sheeple are herd animals.

• So, do you see yourself as a freeple or a sheeple, American liberal?

• Well, of course, you are an American, and want to direct your own life and live as a freeple - what a dumb question!

• Before we go any further, I want to warn you that it will be very scary for anyone with inherent paranoia.

• Sheeple want others to direct their lives. They don't want a free society – they want a subservient society.

• Sheeple are paranoid. Think about it:

• Sheeple are paranoid of directing their own life, and want their own and everyone's healthcare solely directed by a coercive government

• Freeple wish to boldly direct their own life, and want everyone to be able to freely choose their own healthcare in a free market

• Sheeple are paranoid of directing their own life, and want everyone to be coercively restricted to public schooling

• Freeple wish to boldly direct their own life, and want schooling to be a free choice in a free market for everyone

• Sheeple are paranoid of directing their own life, and want everyone obligated to a coercive government retirement system

• Freeple wish to boldly direct their own life, and want a free market retirement system that they can direct for themselves

• Are you hang'n in, American liberal? More to go...

• Sheeple are paranoid, and want a coercive government to fund programs to replace charities for people in need

• Freeple are bold, and want to donate only to charities of their free choice

• Sheeple are paranoid, and want a coercive government to subsidize and penalize industries that they deem to be good or bad

• Freeple are bold, and want a free investment market to decide on the success or failure of their industries

• Sheeple are paranoid, and fear the rich, desiring that they be penalized with high taxes and highly regulated opportunities

• Freeple are bold, and want everyone to have the opportunity to become rich through low taxes and minimal regulation

• Sheeple are paranoid of directing their own life, and want to coercively force as many people as possible into unions 

• Freeple wish to boldly direct their own life, and want everyone to be able to freely choose not to join a union to get a job

• Sheeple are paranoid, and want a coercive government to ignore illegal immigrants even though this relegates them to servant status

• Freeple are bold, and want a free society where all immigrants are legal and free to pursue all opportunities

• Sheeple are paranoid, and want coercive government to shut down land development for the sake of a minnow, or a bug

• Freeple are bold, and believe that land owner rights cannot be removed for the sake of a minnow or a bug

• Sheeple are paranoid, and want a coercive government to force people out of cars and into public transit

• Freeple are bold, and want everyone to be free to drive their cars if they choose

• Sheeple are paranoid, and support the paranoid tyranny of Islam in the Middle East

• Freeple are bold, and support the brave freedom of Israel in the Middle East

• Sheeple are paranoid, and want a coercive government to restrict religious expression, especially Christianity

• Freeple are bold, and want freedom for everyone to express their religion

• Sheeple are paranoid, and want a coercive government to choose their energy sources for them

• Freeple are bold, and want to be able to access a free marketplace of energy sources

• Still there? You're a trooper!

• Sheeple are paranoid, and want a coercive government to decide what kinds of cars people can buy

• Freeple are bold, and want the free marketplace to decide what kinds of cars people wish to buy

• Sheeple are paranoid, and want coercive government to restrict what kinds of foods are available

• Freeple are bold, and want a free marketplace to decide what kinds of foods are available

• Sheeple are paranoid, and want a coercive government to decide what kinds of media are available

• Freeple are bold, and want the free marketplace to decide what kinds of media are available

• Sheeple are paranoid, and want coercive restrictions on gun ownership

• Freeple are bold, and want the freedom to legally buy a variety guns based on a free marketplace

• Sheeple are paranoid, and want coercive political correctness to decide what a person can and can't say

• Freeple are bold, and want a free society that allows free speech with voluntary moral limits, not demagogic political correctness 

So, are you a freeple or a sheeple, American liberal?

• Sheeple are paranoid, and want big-mommy government to chase away all of the scary monsters

• Freeple are bold, and want government to get out of the way so Americans can make their own decisions

• Sheeple want big-mommy government to make them safe by coercively creating a “utopia” by removing peoples’ liberties

• Freeple want a small government that allows for freedom in America

• By desiring to direct your own life you have shown the boldness of a freeple

• It is time for you to speak out against those things that make Americans into sheeple

I disagree. There are three kinds of Americans. I would say 'people' but I do not care for anyone who lives outside of the USA.

1. Sheep
2. Wolves
3. Sheep Dogs

I consider myself a sheep dog. I can easily identify sheep. I can, with some additional input, identify wolves. I will dispatch the wolves as best I can to protect the sheep. For the sheep will not deign to or will not be able to protect themselves. The wolves, obviously, prey on the sheep.

Your wolves are motivated by the same paranoia as the sheep (see here). Liberals are divided into two groups - alpha and beta. They are described here and in the following essay.

When people talk about Freedom, I always ask “freedom from what?”. The answer of course always comes down to authority - ie, government. For young people of course it may be their parents, but even that is government mandated authority.

I've been watching "The men who built America" on the History channel and I've reached a couple of conclusions.

Men like JP Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, Cornelius Vanderbilt, Andrew Carnegie, Henry Ford, etc were all brutal often unethical men who crushed anyone who stood in their way. At the same time, I understand that the world needs men like that because they get things done that wouldn't get done otherwise. Its also important to note that every one of those men turned around and dumped huge amounts of money into schools, hospitals, and parks etc.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
