Obama’s Executive Order Abuse to be Continued

There was a disturbing column published on Sunday in the Washington Post. In the piece titled, “Obama weighing executive actions on housing, gays and other issues,” Post writer Zachary Goldfarb presents the reported plans of Barack Obama (or whatever his name is) to continue to act outside of Congress as an executive order dictator on various topics of his radical communist agenda. Of course, the writer does not call him a communist dictator, but what he describes in his column plainly presents the schemes of a lawless tyrant.

The column opens with this paragraph:

[Obama] is considering a series of new executive actions aimed at working around a recalcitrant Congress, including policies that could allow struggling homeowners to refinance their mortgages, provide new protections for gays and lesbians, make buildings more energy-efficient and toughen regulations for coal-fired power plants, according to people outside the White House involved in discussions on the issues.

“Working around a recalcitrant Congress”? Is that the deal? Is that what the Executive Branch of our federal government is supposed to do or even allowed to do by law? All because congressional members do not want to pass legislation that goes against the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA)? Because they do not want to further the tyrannical schemes of the hoax of man-made global warming by crippling our energy companies with evil and outrageous penalties and fines which will be passed on to the American people? Because they are hesitant to further enable the disastrous results of the flood of bad lending practices for “affordable home ownership” that Democrats forced on the banks?

The Post writer notes:

The moves underscore Obama’s increasingly aggressive use of executive authority, including 23 administrative actions on gun violence last month and previous orders that delayed deportations of young illegal immigrants and will lower student loan payments.

These and other potential actions suggest that Obama is likely to rely heavily on executive powers to set domestic policy in his second term.

... But the approach risks angering Republican lawmakers in Congress, who say they are leery of granting the executive branch too much power and have already clashed with Obama over the issue.

Amazing. This “approach” might anger Republican lawmakers? Really? Again, is that the deal? In truth, this “approach” should have the entire nation clamoring for Obama’s ejection from office. Congress is despicable for continuing to sit by and allow Obama to steam-roll the constitutional limits on his power at every turn!

To the Post writer’s credit, he did report that a federal appeals court ruled that Obama acted unconstitutionally when he made non-recess recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board. The writer also quoted Senator Charles Grassley (R) of Iowa saying:

“It is a very dangerous road he’s going down contrary to the spirit of the Constitution. Just because Congress doesn’t act doesn’t mean the president has a right to act.”

There’s the bottom line. Obama does not have the right to create laws. And, inaction by Congress is often a good thing, especially when it refuses to implement Obama’s communist plans. After all, how much better off would our nation be if members of Congress had not taken this “lawmaker” title to the extreme for so long? It’s now to the point that if they are not making laws, they are not perceived as “doing their job” and “getting things done.” News flash: We don’t need more laws! We don’t need more federal government meddling in the private sector and in the lives of the Americapeople! For the most part, these power-hungry freaks in Washington need to stand down! However, inaction by Congress is not a good thing when we have a criminal fraud in the White House who needs to be kicked off of his dictator pedestal.

The Washington Post writer lays out a list of executive order actions Obama may be planning to take. Why did the White House put this information out there? Is this supposed to be a warning to Congress? Is this meant to outrage American patriots who remain appalled that Obama has already gotten away with numerous crimes against the Constitution and ourAmericanRepublic?

Whatever the reason, I am wondering how much more this enemy of the United States will be allowed to get away with, mostly unchallenged by Congress and the courts. Will no one hold the Obama administration accountable for its lawless actions?

WorldNetDaily’s Chelsea Schilling has a report on the potentially impeachable actions of Obama and his administration. Titled, “The Growing Case for Impeachment of Obama,” the piece lays out twelve egregious incidents and actions by Obama and his administration, and then submits them to three constitutional and legal experts for analysis based on the impeachability factor of each.

It’s a well-done piece, and I recommend it, although the experts do not give much weight to all of the issues presented. For instance, they did not regard it as a “big deal” that Obama bypassed Congress and used the EPA to implement the “cap and trade” scam that Congress refused to pass into law. The experts also didn’t think it was important that the administration sued Arizona for enforcing existing federal immigration laws, nor did it give them much pause that Obama appointed more than 30 “czars” without congressional approval. And, they were not concerned that the administration did not prosecute New Black Panther members for federal voter intimidation crimes. Amazingly, they thought nothing of Obama using executive orders to try to get the gun control ball rolling.

However, the experts agreed on the extreme seriousness of issues like Obama illegally going to war against the Gaddafi regime in Libyaand for creating a U.S. citizen “hit list” and having murdered Americans in overseas drone attacks without due process. They said Obama has violated the Constitution by not defending the federal Defense of Marriage Act, and they were seriously concerned about the administration’s horrendous behavior last year during the September 11th Muslim murder attacks in Benghazi that left four Americans dead, including our newly-appointed Ambassador to Libya.

While a few, lone impeachment murmurings are all that are being heard in Washington, this man in the White House should be in prison, at the very least. No, I will not hold my breath that the crooked ones who run Congress will lift a finger to hold Obama and his administration accountable for their crimes, but neither will I quit declaring their lawlessness as long as I am able.

I expect Obama to use an Executive Order to name himself the new Pope.

That rat treats Executive Orders like his own personal toys, to do with as he will. He needs to be stopped.

Similarly, the courts generally reject claims against private defendants for violations of executive orders. For example, in Cohen v. Illinois Institute of Technology, 524 F.2d 818 (7th Cir. 1975), 425 U.S. 943, 96 S. Ct. 1683, 48 L. Ed. 2d 187 (1976), the appellate court denied a professor’s claim against a university to recover damages for Sex Discrimination in violation of Executive Order No. 11,246, stating that the executive order could not give rise to an independent private cause of action.

We’re now dealing with utterly lawless Executive Orders that spit in the face of the Constitution and the powers granted to the Executive Branch by it.

A sex discrimination case is a far cry from a treasonous affront to the Republic.

In my column above, I’m not talking about having to make “private” claims against Obama, as that should not even have to happen—in a sane world. I’m talking about the co-equal Legislative Branch taking lawful action against him.

Questioned posed in the article: “Why did the White House put this information out there?” The answer is so simple folks do not see it: little barry bastard boy and his henchbastards wants to create as much class war and hatred as he can, in the hope that people will eventually say, ‘Oh just get on with it and stop this strife!’

Yes, you’re right. Most of the questions in the column are rhetorical, as you can probably guess.
