That's ONLY the FIRST security circle of THREE security circles.
Snipers on the roof are the Second along with ground agents about 50 to 100 feet BEHIND the crowd.
Then there are several black helicopters airborne at 1,500 to 3,000 feet elevation and within a 3 mile radius, along with a Marine Helicopter within just a few minutes flying time to evacuate the injured party out.
