Obama Campaign Mass Emails People Gifs of Obama Touching People

The Obama campaign is very busy sending people odd messages. Yesterday, the President himself described his fear of Mitt Romney. Today, a new mass email shows Mr. Obama touching people and their hands.

Under the subject "High five," the message is just several gifs of President Obama trying (and mainly failing) to high five a group of supporters.

Honestly, I don't know if the President knows what a high five is. It just looks like he's trying to squeeze children's hands sensually:

And naturally, the campaign pleads for money. Obviously Mr. Obama would like a "high five," but he'd prefer your money.

That’s very creepy to me. It’s something I would expect to see from a rock star or a celebrity, not a President. It’s below the dignity of the office, and just another unsavory narcissistic move.

The O’ campaign has been very busy in the social media circles collecting emails and facebook entries, asking for a $3 or a $5 gift.

These microgifts do little except to tell the telemarketers their emails addys, and to drive down the average contribution of his mega donors.

I expect several social media events to occur the day before and the day of the election. While the campaign can't advertise on Election Day, his followers certainly can.
