[OFFICIAL CHARGES OF DISCRIMINATION FILED BY GAY RIGHTS REPRESENTATION AGAINST CHICK FIL A - IL]

The Civil Rights Agenda, a local LGBT rights advocacy group, filed multiple complaints with the Illinois Department of Human Rights Thursday, alleging that the Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A restaurant chain’s “intolerant corporate culture” violates Illinois law and a provision in the state’s Human Rights Act.

“In our current high speed media and social media environment, Chick-fil-A has announced and caused to be published, to hundreds of millions of people, that LGBT people are unacceptable and objectionable,” said Jacob Meister, Governing Board President of TCRA and the attorney who filed the complaint. “They have made it clear the lives of LGBT individuals are unacceptable to them and that same-gender families are unwelcome at Chick-fil-A.”

This reminds me of a time years ago when a co-worker asked if I could pick him up and take him to work; his car was being repaired. I had no objection to helping him out, but I found to my chagrin that his car somehow never seemed to get out of the shop, while day after day he continued to ask for a lift. Finally after about two weeks he came to me on a Thursday and told me that he was coming in late on Friday, and I could just leave work in the middle of the morning and come to his house and pick him up. That was the last ride he ever got from me.

We tolerated the perverts because we were hoodwinked into thinking it was the right thing to do. This time, I think it's the last straw.

Well, it’s no joke. Google it, it is a press release out of Chicago. Which phone #? For the defendant or plaintiff?

I agree. Let them make fools of themselves. If no-one is there to see them kiss...did it really happen anyway? We need to give them enough rope to hang themselves. We can go back to supporting CFA after tomorrow.

I truly believe the civil war is very close. Our side came out in force yesterday and their side ain’t backin’ down.

Good! I'm tired of this crap. Time to get this over with and take our country back from these smarmy little MARXISTS!

“Fundraising gimmick.”

You’re right. There’s a huge fallacy that gays have more money to spend than any other group and that’s pure BS. A good number of businesses fall for this lie and try to target gays in their marketing.

Gays make no more money than a single guy who dates women. All things being equal, a gay engineer is paid the same amount of money as a straight engineer. That’s also true with hamburger flippers, shoe salesmen and roofers.

Businesses need to wise up or suffer the impending JC Penney fate.

Stupid move by Gays. I love it, because we can wrap the Democrat Mayors in this stupid fiasco, and destroy the Democrat Party!!! Gotta admit Gay folks not too bright!!! If they think Obama will stand behind them, they must be sniffing crack. Once re-elected, (Obama won’t be) Obama will throw the Gays under the bus, just as he has done to Black folks.

Gay F’n Nazis.

Absolutely. It fascism. Hitler did the same thing. Those who disagreed with the Nazis were severely punished.

THIS is why the homosexuals were kept in mental institutions until the Cater recession (the states couldn't afford their medical care). There's something seriously twisted in their perverted heads. They're mentally ill, and socially dangerous.

More and more, the American people are finding out what "gay" really means, and what they're seeing isn't pretty. What's in their messed up heads is being exposed more and more every day.

Just say NO to homosexuals. You owe then nothing.

I’m not surprised. I hope this goes nowhere, but, considering the players involved...

It doesn’t matter. They want to make Chick Fil A bleed, financially. If they have to defend themselves in court, even if they win, they would have to spend time and money. This is strictly for harrassment. Isn’t there something called RiCO that is supposed to punish this sort of organized harrassment?

Meanwhile, since this is a "civil rights" lawsuit, the plaintiffs get their legal fees paid for by the government, win or lose.

The personal statement of one COO does not Corporate Policy make... The corporate hiring practices and customer service policies are in no way hostile to anyone and in no way has discriminated against anyone ... I have never read of any incidents of such nature...

I think this "last straw" is going to be bad for Obama.

This lawsuit will be in the forefront thru November.

Reading and hearing about it every day will bring out more people who are fed up with this crap. I can bet those who came out for CFA yesterday will take this more personal.

conservatives in general will be more motivated.

Black ministers will certainly encourage their parishoners to oppose.

Anyway, keeping this alive thru election day won't help BHO.

Tolerate - to allow the existence, presence, practice, or act of without prohibition or hindrance; permit.

Approve - to speak or think favorably of; pronounce or consider agreeable or good; judge favorably: to approve the policies of the administration.

It seems that the giblets are confusing the two words above. The call for tolerance, but what they really want is approval.

As Mandy Patimkin said in “The Princess Bride”, “I do not think that word means what you think it means.”

It’s TIME. If some bunch of damn queers blocks one legitimate customer from Chick Fil A tomorrow, we need to show up again. It’s just about time for another Christian Crusade, IMHO. This is really pissing me off. I’m willing to leave the damn queers alone, but if they can’t just stay wherever they are and play in each others feces, and they think they can “run over” the the other 99% of the population, then, men it is TIME.
