[OFFICIAL CHARGES OF DISCRIMINATION FILED BY GAY RIGHTS REPRESENTATION AGAINST CHICK FIL A - IL]

The Civil Rights Agenda, a local LGBT rights advocacy group, filed multiple complaints with the Illinois Department of Human Rights Thursday, alleging that the Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A restaurant chain’s “intolerant corporate culture” violates Illinois law and a provision in the state’s Human Rights Act.

“In our current high speed media and social media environment, Chick-fil-A has announced and caused to be published, to hundreds of millions of people, that LGBT people are unacceptable and objectionable,” said Jacob Meister, Governing Board President of TCRA and the attorney who filed the complaint. “They have made it clear the lives of LGBT individuals are unacceptable to them and that same-gender families are unwelcome at Chick-fil-A.”

Yep. Predictable as weather. Though I didn’t think it would happen today. I figured they’d wait at least a coupla weeks and let the bruises heal from yesterday’s pounding.

Can there be any doubt that the homosexual movement is based on hate and anger?

Isn't that true for ALL liberal groups?

A small periodical published since the nineteenth century with focus on Christian issues interviewed the principle of the firm and asked about how his beliefs helped in his business outlook.

He said the believed in the values of marriage and that (they) were married to their first wives and related issues.

No question mentioned homosexual “marriage” issues and no answer mentioned homosexual marriage.

For expressing his values, when the report was covered by other media, it was turned into a statement given in opposition of the current media gloried Gay Marriage agenda and became a platform for demanding Group-Think in the tradition of 1984.

A homosexual male who lives with his male partners is not a Christian.

And it’s amusing this cowardly little perv (or his queer handlers) have blocked out his name.

There are NO SIGNS in CFA banning homosexuals or their families. In fact, no one would even pay any attention to them - except courteous service. - Hmmm..mm . . you don’t suppose they actually INTEND for people NOTICE them, do you. Could it be an element of . . notice me, notice me?

I'm sure they will find some ex-employee who is gay, grease him with a few thousand dollars, and have him stand up and say that he was discriminated against while working there.

I used to not care about what they do, or who they are. Now they are pissing me off!

That's what they want.

A class-action against the Civil Rights Agenda lawsuit is in order, which should state: They have made it clear the lives of Christian individuals are unacceptable to them and that normal traditional families are unwelcome to them.

These people think that they can punish anyone/anything that doesn’t support them? Good. Let’s get this sh!t over with. I’m sick of biding my time. It’s well past time to smack these fools.

Queers are served like normal people at all Chick-fil-A’s. But queers are NOT welcome at the Chicago Islamic Center, yet I don’t see anyone attacking them.

This isn’t about the queers’ rights. It is an attack on Chick-fil-A’s owners because they are Christians.

This lawsuit is precisely why we need to stay away from CFA during the kissing protest. Part of this case will be demonstrating that the actions of CFA caused a “hostile environment for them. That would include people “praying” at them or pointing their fingers at them while laughing. Both of these were suggested behaviors in another thread.

I am speaking at a conference next month where the conference organizers were right up front with their policy: harassment is a matter of perception and NOT of intent. I told my management that I was leery of attending based on these rules, but it’s my job.

The only ones getting hurt by this are McDonnalds, Burger King francises and all the other fast food joints. Chick Filet can probably hire a team of top notch lawyers with yesterday’s profits.

Unless it ends up in front of a queer or lesbo judge.

This has moved from the ranks of "possible" to the category "highly probable." I would not be surprised to see this aggrieved individual win his case.

It's AMAZING that a lawyer who could write a sentence so poorly could be admitted to the Illinois Bar!
