This Sunday (June 17) will mark the first time that Trayvon Martin's father, will spend Father's Day without his son. In a new PSA, released to the ‘Net Tuesday (June 12), Tracy Martin, spoke out against gun violence, after expressing the joys of fatherhood. “Becoming a father is a special gift, it's a miracle of love,” he said in the video. “It's a miracle of love and an everyday reminder that life can be beautiful.” Martin's life was changed forever, the night that George Zimmerman took his son's life. “This Father's Day will be the first without my son, Trayvon. I'll say a prayer for all the dads who share this grief with me,” he added.
An estimated 30,000 parents have lost children to violence, and Martin has started the foundation JusticeTM.org in honor of the 17-year-old's memory. The teen's mother, Sabrina Fulton, released a similar video in May in commemoration of Mother's Day.

He should have added that as a father, he should have raised his son in a way that wouldn’t have turned him into a violent thug.

I doubt either party to the altercation is proud or happy over the results. It’s time to chill.

Making numerous videos, marching with Al Sharpton, going to several rallies a week, fundraising and going hand-in-hand with Mayor Bloomberg & the Brady anti-gun people doesn’t sound like chilling out. What is Mr. Zimmerman’s side doing that even comes close? What part of “he was beating my head against a sidewalk” is so hard to understand?

So, if you enjoy fatherhood so much, why did you let your thieving, gold-plated, 3rd-time-suspended kid out of the house on the night of the killing? Oh, yeah, I remember! You were on a date with your girlfriend.

The Zimmerman site is very specific about how the money will be used and who is the trustee of donated funds.
The JusticeTM site says nothing about who is administering the funds and is very vague about how it will be used.
If Tracy Martin had a son, he’d look like Obama’s son Trayvon.
Mt. Martin seems to have reached a new low for absentee black fatherhood. He had a fine looking son but didn’t seem to have time to know what the young man was doing while he was playing with his girlfirend. Now, he’s one upping the despicable Sharpton, Jaclson racists exploiters. And the sad thing is, most black people will be taken in by this slick con job.

Mr Martin is placing all his hopes in the wrong people looking for a payoff.
Trayvon’s mother had to work, so after junior was suspended from school, there was no way she could leave the dope smoking kid home alone. She asked good old reliable dad to take the young man out of town and away from his fellow dopers. Sadly, daddy deserted his troubled son that night so he could go out with his girlfriend. Now he tours the country with his ex wife advising parents how to raise their kids. Pathetic. The elephant in the room everyone is ignoring, are two parents who now seem to have all the time in the world to promote themselves, failed to take a couple of minutes out of their lives to review the garbage on their son’s Twitter page and realize their child was a very troubled young man who needed a lot of help.
He wasn’t a “father”. That is why Trayvon is no longer alive.
