My side. Two eyewitnesses say the notation was “handwritten”. That is a quote. What was released is not “handwritten”. You cannot honestly say you see nothing amiss w the document released bearing no resemblance to the only two certain eyewitness accounts that exist of it.
And no, it’s not even remotely credible that Evans was simply confused. You have to be a moron and/or an Obot to believe that is the true and honest explanation for what happened.

For all you know that just means it has all the proper handwritten signatures. Also note that is just a paraphrase by Isikoff, I ve never seen her actual quotation published.
