Talk about a hot potato. I don’t believe the USSC would want to open up any worm can that would point a suspicious finger at its own sitting members (i.e. the Obama appointments).

From the brief:
The Court must consider during the years Mr. Obama was developing a power base and running for President Congress 8-times attempted to remove the Constitutions requirement that a president be a natural-born citizen, suggesting an organized strategy
Probably just a coincidence.

As much as I’d love to see something come of this, the fact is the SCOTUS is in the tank for 0bama, just as it was before he was even sworn into office THREE times in January 2009.
The Roberts Court will be remembered with infamy for their failure to preserve the Constitution, that is they will be remembered until future history has been re-written by our fascist-socialist masters.

The photo of Obama in the Robert’s chambers tells it all. Obama was obviously in charge of the judges.

Not for at least 100 years.Once you accept that fact all becomes easy to accept.

No it doesn’t and they’ve shown it before. Their being a revered unified institution apparently means more to them.
