Frank decided to not run for re-election because re-districting put some conservative-leaning towns in his
district. But despite that, the prospect of having a Kennedy
in the MA 4th district will drive voters to the polls. They will gush over him. Hope Sean Bielat will run again—his
strong showing last time put a scare into Barney—but can
he beat a member of the Kennedy Crime Family?
Currently his dad, former 8th dist. rep., bombards the airwaves of Boston TV and radio with his “Citizens Energy”
deal, brought to you by Chavez and “the good people of
Venezuela”.

Frank faced a tougher race this time, to be sure, bec ause of the redistricting..but that's NOT why he quit. He knows, they all know, that the Dems have NO chance of retaking the House..probably for the rest of the decade...so why bother...it's NO fun being in the minority in the House. That's why so many Dems have retired, and there will eb more to come..
We should start a contest..guess the date that Pelosi first predicts that the Dems retake the HOuse and shee becomes Speaker again..
