Obama to be challenged on ballot in all 50 states

Capt. Pamela Barnett (Ret.) has founded a website and initiative which seeks to assist citizens wishing to challenge Obama’s constitutional eligibility and name placement on the presidential ballot for 2012. She and her team are currently compiling election law from all 50 states and will be providing forms and sample letters which registered voters can use to file a complaint.

Barnett has recently appeared on The Roth Radio Show and the Andrea Shea King Radio Show to detail her plan to challenge Obama’s eligibility based on the claim that he is not a “natural born Citizen” as required by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution. Barnett also operates the website “Unlawful President” and will be releasing a book entitled Never Vetted, the first chapter of which was published on the internet at no charge for informational and educational purposes.

This seems to be a winning strategy.. anyone here going to challenge the ballot in their state? I'm thinking about it.

The illegitimate Halfrican Kenyan Muslim usurper deserves all the opposition we can muster. Good on ya, Captain Barnett!

I’d be willing to spend 5 bucks/state to help fund these challenges.

It’d be worth a couple hundred to move Obama along.

For this issue to go anywhere all congress people and the supreme court would have to be replaced first.

Abdul K. Hassan has asked the election authorities in several states for a ruling on whether he would be allowed presidential ballot access as a naturalized citizen.

The rulings were sought from the state authorities because even though the Presidency is a federal office, ballot access in presidential elections is generally controlled by the states.

I read all 4 of those. Except for one, which says they can’t offer an opinion, they basically say if the candidate pays the fees and meets certain criteria (a petition from a certain number of voters, etc.), than they will place them on the ballot. Doesn’t sound like the SoS makes any attempt to check natural born citizen status.

Florida makes it clear a petitioner for ballot access for POTUS must be a Natural born citizen, but it is not clear how a petitioner can be challenged.

Thank you ExtremePatriot for posting this.

Among other things, the Arizona statute states:
F. In addition to the procedures set forth in this section, all (ballot) petitions that have been submitted by a candidate who is found guilty of petition forgery shall be disqualified and that candidate shall not be eligible to seek election to a public office for a period of not less than five years.

How I would enjoy reading the headline, AZ Bans Obama from ballot for 5 years.

I may look into filing a petition challenge, but why do I suspect that the minute after I do I end up with slime merchants and sheriffs on my front lawn telling the world how racist I am? Hey! Get off my lawn! No TV in my house, and I don’t need you TV propaganda dopes outside my house either!

main street Media?

Just the latest on Sen. Jon Corzine, the pictures, money donated to Obama, close your eyes and imagine it was a friend on Wall Street of George Bush who did what he did, we would see it 24/7, the above the fold on page 1 in the New York Times.

Don’t be lured into this trap, there is no better way to ensure his winning another four years.

This birth issue was designed before he was even swore in just for his run for a second term.

It will cause massive protests in all the states who try to initiate this option to deny the first black president in the country to run again.

Whomever starts this national distraction up again, is acting in this ‘president’s’ interest.

After review, I would add the caveat in her case...unwittingly.

we missed the deadlines the first time around to get instant standing.

there is little wiggle room in a ballot challenge.. each voter has standing in most states.. all lawsuits that came after the ballot challenge deadline were threw out on standing. we have it now if we file at the right times.

that crook obama got away with stealing the election the first time, we can’t let the British Born criminal get away with it again.

it’s a real shame that some posters here have been so intimated by obama’s race card.. so just because someone broke into a house the first time, we should allow him to do it again because he got away with it the first time??

our country is finished if he is not stopped at the election. the GOP has no solution.. this ballot challenge is the best solution we have in my opinion.
