Looks like the state of Georgia has had a judge issue a summons for the actual Hawaii records which are the supposed soure of barry bassturd’s fake BCs, probably on grounds of him trying to get on the ballot in Georgia?
The OBots are saying that the judge willy-nilly has his signature on blank form(s) and that it was filled in by someone else. However, I also see what appears to be an embossed court stamp on the document.
It means that they are now going to force the liberal democrat socialist party of america to prove that boy zero is “certified” “legally” to be able to run for president. As of now boy zero has three copies all diffrent of COB.
Now the rats have to go under oath concerning certification!

That "someone else" is a secretary, a clerk, an assistant, or any other name for the girl that types all the papers for the judge. The judge would be (and should be) 100% busy attending court sessions, reading documents, and signing the typed papers.

Even though I do not have a local attorney as a co-sponsor, he did allow me to represent him. I submitted paperwork showing that I ma licensed in California with the Courts of Appeals, and he granted it. He gave me an extension to prepare. I also asked for a leave of the court to file an amended complaint, and he granted that as well. So far, he granted three of my motions. He set a tentative date for trial from January 12-16, 2012.

Record could be seen ‘in camera’ if privacy is the issue and the judge insists.
Probably both .. the parties/attorneys fill in the pre-signed form, then the judge’s Clerk puts the embossed stamp on the doc. I’m assuming this has to do with O getting on the GA ballot? One error: it shows January 16-18 dates, but year’s not filled in. That would usually catch a clerk’s eye. Also, not sure if a state administrative law judge can compel attendance of a party not in the state. He may not have jurisdiction over Fuddy, probably doesn’t. But he could have jurisdiction over the OFA offices in GA, some designee.
It should be that simple.
