Reports emanating from the stench that is #OccupyPortland are exposing rampant drug use amongst the protesters and -according to one witness- organizers and even security staff (!), creating a lawless atmosphere in which few feel safe, except for those too high to care. And we're not just talking about a little bit here, as heroin needles can be found littering the park while many of the tents smell like a Jamaican dance hall.

The Woodstock atmosphere seems to be weighing heavily on the serious political types at the event  too, as who's going to take seriously a bunch of hyper-stoned idiots?

True- but the protests are a political statement directed at the rest of us more so than the Dems who are already harvesting these idiots’ votes

Yeah, but what if we give all of them a LOT of pot the day before the election? maybe they'll be too wasted to remember to vote. I think if We throw in some doritos and bottles of yoo hoo We can make a serious dent in the stoner-voter demographic.
