If an 8 year old, or 10 year old, or hell, even 15 year old CHILD is dragged across the border into Texas, that’s the CHILD’S fault?

Of course not. It is the parents fault.

The law breaking illegal alien insurgent criminal invading colonist parents should be not given any special treatment at all, including schooling tuition breaks, foodstamps, welfare, etc etc.

They are NOT eligible to the perks of citizens.

The states that are inforcing the laws pertaining to illegal aliens have seen the criminals move back to Mexico, and other states that cater to them. Such as Texas.

If they came in legally, they would have to sign a paper saying they would not be a burden on our taxpayers dollars.

I’m ok with (yes, ILLEGAL) students who meet these requirements paying in-state tuition.

Thanks, that's what California believes, and it cost me thousands of dollars.

My daughter lived out of state for a few years and then moved back with me in CA after high school.

She enrolled in the local JC and was told she had to pay out of state tution.

I fought it as well as I could as I had paid taxes all those years which partially supported the JC.

They would not bend, but now you want to continue to deny citizens benifits and give them to illegal residents who are NOT citizens?

I put her through a bisiness college, it was cheaper than paying rates that illegal aliens do NOT have to pay in Texas.

I’m ok with (yes, ILLEGAL) students who meet these requirements paying in-state tuition. I think this is a sensible and fair decision. If a student is in college., they are less likely to be robbing, raping, or killing their fellow Americans.

Oh good, put illegals in school because if you don't, they will break laws.

How about just sending thier parents back to Mexico? Let them take the responsibility for their kids.

Get education visas and send their children here for education, and pay full price.

Don't take American citizen babies and drown them in the scummy bath water of illegal aliens.

Well, personally, I’m against “in-state” or “out-of-state” tuition. It’s ridiculous. Everyone should pay the same, in or out of state.

I live in Houston, I see the results of illegal immigration every single day. I also know that the kids have no say in the matter, so why not get them to be legal upstanding citizens of this country?

Especially since more and more students take their education out of state once they graduate.

Foreigners that come to schools here have always had to pay a premium, and should continue to do so as they don't contribute to the money flow of this country.

It doesn't matter whether the kids have a say in the matter or not, they were brought here by criminal invaders who should take responsibility for their families (instead of having the American taxpayers do it) and take them back where they came from and go through the legal channels.

Like all legal immigrants have. That's the only fair way to make them "legal upstanding citizens of this country."

I really don't want to pay their way anymore.
