Tonight on my radio program, attorney Gary Kreep of the United State Justice Foundation, will update us on the Obama eligibility hearing held yesterday before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals where he and attorney Orly Taitz presented arguments in Drake v. Obama, a case questioning whether President Barack Obama was born in the United States and is eligible to serve as president. (Carried live and rebroadcast on C-Span.)
Wiley Drake, a former vice presidential candidate in 2008 and former presidential candidate Alan Keyes, are two of the lead plaintiffs challenging the validity of President Obama’s birth certificate. A lower court dismissed this case ruling that the Court is not the proper place to challenge a president’s election.

either he’s not dead or the Admin is playing a jousting game with it’s opponents. Maybe waiting for a GOP front runner to wade into the waters of “where’s the photo” and then blam. Fake or not, just like the BC, they create a dynamic that will chill all questions of the administration for fear that the admin will ultimatley smack them down with the answer. just a theory. i hope the bastard is dead. but there is something fishy going on.
