Much love & respect to our fighting men & women who have made this glorious day possible; the death of Usama Bin Laden. And thank you President Bush for setting this chain of events in motion and never relenting from your goal of defeating terrorism...all despite being demonized & protested by countless liberals who will now shamelessly attempt to take credit for the sacrifices of our military!
And will someone please remind President Obama, President Bush made the capture and/or killing of Usama his top priority; as well as approving countless missions aiming to do just that. And unless my history is fuzzy, liberals waivered countless times....threatening numerous times to stop or defund all military operations. From weekly protests lining our city streets to media pundits running daily death tolls, they systematically sought to discredit and derail our war on terror. Many liberal politicians even deemed it a muderous campaign, going as far as calling Bush a Nazi and Republicans blood thirsty capitalists; a product of black and white, Cold War thinking. Oh how convenient it is for liberals to transmogrify their own hypocrisy into an inclusive moment of patriotism and national triumph. God Bless our troops and those who gave their lives to make this moment possible! We will not be swayed by selective memories and opportunistic political propaganda; especially when it comes to the safety of our loved ones and the survival of this great republic.
Truly, this is a glorious day for America and may God continue to grant us the resolve and wisdom to protect freedom both here and abroad.
Exactly! Osama bin Ladin’s death is BUSH’S FAULT!!!
MSM to blame Palin in 3....2....1
Any linkage, timing, coincidence in Gates’ departure and CIA change in leadership and tonight’s announcement?
Well not any that Obama noted, but that’s not saying much. Good point btw.
Painfully predictible was Obama's 'count-the-'I's' speech and that he would make it sound like HE. . .HIMSELF... was the 'Leadership' that brought the bullet to Osama.
God; the man is insufferable! Most critically; Kudos to our Military,; and all who believed in their mission. (Which excludes, for sure, these Libs who now want to board the train; and 'blow the whistle' and give the world a 'shout out' as if they were somehow instrmental in recognizing the evil of this man.)
At least they are not mourning; or asking where to send flowers. . . As to Obama's role; his braggadocio; guaranteed a 'rewrite'; but we will know in time, the real story.
Well said. His half-hearted attempt at trying to appear gracious was really nothing more than an opportune attempt to declare...Usama was killed at my direction...a campaign that I personally approved. Please, what have countless Americans been doing for the past 10 years? If he was at all sincere about being selfless, he shouldn’t of even mentioned the “I directed” propaganda, let alone stated the “we never waivered” crap.
Since Obama knew about this for a week, he got Michelle out there commending the troops.
First order of business when he wakes up this morning; will be Obama's 'tracking his popularity poll numbers' and see if HIS late night announcement per Osama, gave him a bump.
President Bush's statement was both proud and humble - and authentic . The precise opposite of Obama; whose narcissistic hubris and hyprocrisy fill the empty suit he walks in.

"Since". . .one might think his 'announcement' would have already been crafted and he would not have had the 'nets' waiting for over an hour for him to show up and read the freaking telepromter.
(Perhaps, just making the announcement during Trump's "Apprentice" was important.)
