The CB Patriot Project

Americans are dangerously inter-dependent upon cell phone towers and Internet servers throughout the nation. Whether intentional or by natural disaster, ALL of these can be instantly shut down during “emergencies”.

The CB Patriot Project is organizing around a simple technology and making it the back-bone of an emergency plan. By linking patriotic Americans across their homes, cities, states & country, we will be prepared for national or regional emergencies that could otherwise shut down our ability to communicate with one another.

After the financial meltdown of 2007 and the 2008 elections, millions of Americans organically organized and united with one another in a way that might never have happened without the Internet. If you remember how empowering it was to be among the millions who rallied together nationwide, you KNOW that the most important asset we have is EACH OTHER.

Those who desire to stifle liberty know that communication is key and that is why they want more control over the Internet and cell towers. That is why it is vital that no event and no would-be tyrant can ever take that away from you or any other American.

We are being so overwhelmed while our core American values are being attacked from ever angle, so much so that it is difficult for most people to keep up with all of the subterfuge being waged againt us. Following are a couple articles from the past year expatiating on how the left are trying to usurp enough power to shut down all Internet communications in the country in the event of loosely defined, subjective "national emergencies". Read the excerpts; then decide for yourself whether you are going to WAIT until they derogate this power before making a backup plan for yourself.

If you want to prepare... (continued)

For some people. That seems more esoteric though. Have one? Good idea. The ham radio operators could also act as “servers”.

Sorry. In case of any man-made or natural disasters, amateur radio falls under HS control. We're already licensed and accounted for.

CB radio is under no restrictions, yet.

As a HAM, I can communicate with the world. As a CB operator, it is mostly line of sight with the occasional atmos’pherical bounce.

“As a HAM, I can communicate with the world. As a CB operator, it is mostly line of sight with the occasional atmos’pherical bounce.”

Is it that practical to communicate with the people in your immediate area? Are they as portable? Batteries?

Anyone can figure out cb’s and they are quite portable. The ham operators could be practica to relay the longer distances to othe groups if the same gov that shut down the Internet servers and cell towers dididn’t come and confiscate the ham radios.

One could also make a crystal set and attach a hand-crank generator to it.

They are indeed coming to take us all away, after they stop us from twitting each other. We are all going to a network of cells so deep they will have to pump in the air.

The air pumps will be controlled by the remaining cellular network, GPS satellites, and evil people who have assumed control of your television.

With a spark-gap transmitter to go with it?

Simple to get around that. Don’t use your govt-issued callsign. And most modern mass-produced HF transceivers can be easily modded to transmit anywhere from 2-30 MHz.

May I point out that TCP/IP may be sent via Ham and other radios. Perhaps even over CB.

It would function for text only, encrypted messages. Mail, in essence.

Look into this please.

And please pass along WWW.TRUECRYPT.ORG.

EVERYONE needs to learn to use this and quickly.

Which still won’t do much if the MUF isn’t up to 27 MHz (unless you are praying for one of the more exotic propagation modes that you occasionally get up there).

LOL! Evasive’s been here weeks. He’s directing us to an encryption algorithm. One I am sure “the gummint” can’t crack. Anyone remember the old “newsgroups” in the Klinton era?

They are like Jesus. “If 2 or 3 of you are gathered, I am there.”

Can’t crack what you don’t know exists.

That’s its beauty. And two levels. Plausible deniability.

Could hand off encoded CDs right under Holder’s nose.

:)

Its a nice idea, but if Obama wanted to shut down the Internet or Cellular telephone system what would prevent him from going all out and jamming Radio tranceivers?

I gather you are to young to remember the encryption newsgroups.

Let me say this, I would bet you either work for the NSA or don’t realize they WROTE your encryption program. If you think you are going to “do” something to help and my bet is wrong you are too stupid to work with.
