Experts are predicting an bedbug explosion this summer so is it time to sneer in the face of the enviro-Nazis; invoke the spirt of Walter Steuber and follow the Delaware County tradition of homebrewing our own dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane?
Steuber was a chemist who in the final days of World War II made DDT in the basement of his Swarthmore home. The desirable insecticide has been exclusively for military use and when it popped up for sale at two hardware stores in Media and Swarthmore the authorities investigated. When it was found that Steuber was not using priority chemicals, the government allowed civilians access to the near-miracle stuff.
And this led to the almost complete eradication of bedbugs in the USA.

she was a truly evil human being. Actually I think the number is in the high tens of millions of deaths that could have been prevented if DDT wasn't banned. Rachel Carson's fraudulent research and resultant action based on her lies has resulted in more deaths than any dictator in the last 1000 years. The left is one with Satan. Everything the left supports is anti-human.
There seems to be a controversy as to whether or not bedbugs today possess any immunity to DDT leftover from the 50s. As I’ve read it, nothing was supposed to ever really get to be immune to DDT; in some cases an avoidance responce was mistaken for immunity.

They do it by developing mechanisms for sequestering and eliminating the offending substance from their bodies.
Although I agree that Carson should be lambasted for her fraudulent work that led to banning DDT, which then led to millions of needless deaths due to malaria in Equatorial countries - the responsibility lies at the feet of the Government overlords who ran with her lies. And then after evidence has proven Carson's contentions to be wrong - they still keep the ban in place. This isn't Carson's problem - just a sickness that is deeply ingrained in our Government. I know Satan hates people ... it is a shame that he owns our Government royals...

About a year ago I heard of an online company that would send you bedbugs, lice or other nasty little bugs for a fee through the mail.
Shortly after that I saw where N.Y. City stores like Vu=ictoria Secret and Ambercrombie were found to had bed bugs.
Me thinks ugly fat N.O.W. members are simply taking out their frustrations against non nag types.
