Breaking: Pigford Madam Shirley Sherrod Sues Andrew Breitbart

Shirley Sherrod, the public face of the $1 Billion Pigford Scandal, Is Suing Andrew Breitbart–

In July of last year, Andrew Breitbart and Big Government released video of former Ag employee Shirley Sherrod admitting during a speech to the NAACP that she did not assist a poor white farmer as much as she could have because of his “attitude” and race. Sherrod said it was years ago, she said she learned from her experiences, she said blah-blah-blah… The state-run attacked and smeared Andrew Breitbart and FOX News for showing only a segment from Sherrod’s speech.

In late July an anonymous reader sent me this video revealing the rest of the racist remarks from Sherrod’s NAACP speech. Of course, the state-run media never showed you this: The papers were served yesterday at the CPAC 2011 Conference. Larry O’Connor of Breitbart TV was also sued. Big Government reported:

This audio conclusively demonstrates how people have conspired to grow the class of Pigford claimants to 94,000, when in fact, there were only about 18,000 black farmers in the entire country during the relevant time period, and when there were never anticipated to be more than a few thousand potential claimants among those 18,000. The numbers just do not and cannot add up." 2) "The lawsuit served today does not name as co-Defendants President Barack Obama, the USDA and USDA head Tom Vilsack, even though it is they who fired the Pigford claimant, and who, according to the Pigford claimant herself, denied her due process."

I remember Breitbart clearly stating that he didn't know what was on the rest of the tape and it shouldn't be used to judge Sherrod. His interest was in the behavior of the NAACP crowd as she told the story of screwing over the white guy. They were clearly pleased.

I don't care about Shirley Sherrod or Andrew Breitbart. I care about the BILLIONS Congress approved for this massive reparations fraud - which dwarfs Enron. CAN THE HOUSE GOP STOP THIS MONEY FROM BEING PAID? CAN THIS BE STOPPED IN COURT? THOSE ARE THE KEY QUESTIONS HERE.
