Is the 2012 Republican presidential nomination going to come down to a debate over how much ice cream kids should be eating? One can only hope, my friends, because that campaign would be simply awesome to blog.
What if the final two end up being Huckabee and Romney? Which way would the Hot Air readership break? You guys might not like Mitts support for mandates, but hey if your little one overdoses on tollhouse cookies, at least you know that his hospital stay is covered. Click the image to listen.

Huckabee - The standard for Christian Socialists everywhere.
He has a firm belief that Government should enforce his distorted and incorrect versions of Charity, better known as enablement and nanny-state Governing.
Liberal Baptist preacher goes political, go figure.
Oh, swell. When I desire dietary advice for myself or my family I’ll surely turn to someone who looks like he’s never missed a meal in his life or from a woman who lugs a huge caboose around.
Everybody we know except Palin are RINOs.
Need somebody else.
(Don’t count on any generals either. All turn out to be social libs.)
We’re screwed in 2012.
Cue the Christmas photo...
“Huckabee - The standard for Christian Socialists everywhere.”

Huckster’s Christian evangelical base has a large number of social conservatives but few economic conservatives.
A candidate who supported spending cuts and tax cuts would lose in this voting bloc to a candidate who supports tax increases on the “rich” to fund religious-based charities, tax credits for private school tuition, school vouchers for religious schools, and mandatory school prayer.
It is an “ends justifies the socialist means” mentality. Not all Christian evangelicals are economic socialists but many would vote for socialism if the stated goals of wealth distribution benefited their pet causes.
Rumor has it that Huck is planning to sign a big deal with FoxNews for his shoe and therefore is not going to run.,.....this may be Huck letting it all hang out now, not really caring about what folks say but revealing himself as is: a big government Christian.

If Sarah is so irrelevant, why does Hucky feel the need to even mention her name?
Who looks like they are in better shape? Palin or Obama? I'll eat what Sarah's eating.
Interesting. It seems the longer Sarah makes these guys wait to see what she’s going to do, the more of them bail out from the stress.
First Mitt said that he’s scaling back his campaign operations. Then Barbour imploded. Now Huck is siding with the Obamas, which essentially means he’s gone.
Watch for Newt to come out and say that he talked to his wife, and they think it would be better for him to continue writing and speaking on behalf of the GOP.
At this rate, by the time Sarah announces, there won’t be anyone else running except a very frightened Mitt.
ROTFLOL. He actually looked better then, than now.
Never mind the children. Feed Mike better.
Someone want to post that Huckabee family photo where the male Huckabees are all dressed in matching shirts and all are clinically severely obese, including his youngest kids?
Yeah, right.
Aw shucks, Huck.
With Huckabee you have Christian social gospel, with a tad of “fair tax” thrown in. A jolly Jerry Falwell Baptist, steering for the center of the Bible Belt. Personally challenged by caloric temptation, he sides with Michelle the Arugula Goddess.
Enter stage right the salmon-smoking hot queen of wild America. I’ll go with that model for healthy eating.
Beyond that little piece, SP delivers a consistent, conservative, pro-America take-it-to-them message. She wins hands down.
Mitt who?
Huck is not a Repub. He is essentially what a Dem would look like if Christians were still allowed in the Democratic Party. They aren’t, the DNC is pushing them out, so they wind up with us. Which is fine, but they should not be elected into office, since they haven’t a clue when it comes to constitutional limitations on government.
Huck makes a fine talk show host. He should never be in any position of authority higher than mayor.
