ABC News fabricates a report to make Joe Miller look like a loser. Yesterday, ABC News’ Jonathan Karl alleged in a now-discredited report that Alaska Republican Senate candidate Joe Miller had lost the confidence of the National Republican Senatorial Committee and was thought to be a loser by the NRSC. However, the only big problem with that report of yellow journalism was that none of it was true at all. Clearly, ABC News just fabricated the report to misrepresent that Miller was going to lose, that Lisa Murkowski had the upper hand, and that the trailing Democrat in the race, Scott McAdams, would actually be a "threat." The anti-Miller press bias in Alaska is getting way out of control, as the liberal mainstream media’s clear anti-Tea Party bias should be seen as the motivating factor for fabricating reports about Miller’s chances of winning the Senate race.

Thank you, Iphone, for exposing the corruption we know is there for all the world to hear. If the people in Alaska do not respond to this by sending Joe Miller to the Senate, I do not know what it will take. Lisa Murkowski may be all right but there is just something about anyone who will not play by the rules for the sake of holding onto a seat they deem as a legacy to them..That may be legal but it is not morally acceptable.

The problem with the lame stream media (besides the fact that they are democrat party operatives) is that they do not realize that the world has changed. The Republican committes are not the only game in town. In fact, they’ve been relgated to side show status as new Conservative organizations have arisen to fulfill teh roles that the republican committes have been negligent in.

I think the majority will/does rationalize lying. They fancy themselves part of the power-elite, able to manipulate a significant fraction of public opinion and action. Few will balk. Some will feel a twinge of guilt, then rationalize the absence of honesty by balancing the lie against their own personal fortune. Better the people be lied to than the reporter loses her job.
