Here is how we get there:
1.) One state will request the long form 2.) Obama and rats sue saying short form and/or that they gave proof in the last election cycle and that is all that is legally required 3.) When quizzed that it is easier just to give the long form, Obama states that he is defending the constitution 4.) Obama admits the truth, but states his mom was American and so is he. He takes his case to the Supremes 5.) Supremes decide against him. Blacks feel this is a coup against the black community and sign of racist America and riots begin. 6.) Obama sends the military to quell and refuses to abide by the Supremes decision. 7.) America divided, chooses sides and the fighting breaks out all over the America.
Some state is going to call him on the birth certificate, he will do everything to not have to admit the truth.

It’ll happen over money, not a birth certificate, imho. People out of jobs, no gov funding, homeless camps, perhaps the birth certificate will be the tinder, but there should be plenty of seasoned wood to keep the thing burning.

Couldn’t have Scalia, Thomas, and Roberts could have prevented a mess by getting rid of him earlier?
This whole scenario is one of the reasons the Courts are shying away from addressing the issue of Constitutional presidential eligibility during “Obama the Usurper’s” reign.
I speculate that the issue will be addressed after Obama is out of office. Until then we, as a nation, will suffer under his unconstitutional regime. To me, a sop to Political Correctness. (and another reason we, as conservatives, must learn to change the direction and tone of the political conversation to preclude this type of assualt on the 1st Amendment.)
I’m not that certain that Obama will run again, especially if he expects numerous state court challenges to his eligibility, and inclusion on the primary/general state ballots. (Careful here, he may try to have various supporters file severely flawed suits in order to give the impression that there is nothing to the charge of his ineligibility.)
For myself, I’m keeping an eye on Hillary to see if she is positioning herself to fill the void left by his withdrawal, or to take advantage of his vurnability.
All in all, 2012 will be an election to keep an eye on with regards to the Constitutional Crisis posed by the current and potentially continuing Obama presidency.
I’ve been jonesing for a 40X since I was shooting in the high school basement range in ‘73. The P7 is a funky gun but I don’t have a 9mm at present so why not go for it? They shoot great.

Or rather, to keep it under the radar until such time as Repubs are the majority and 0thugga's base and assistants are jumping ship. Which is now happening.

I disagree, unless we win in Delaware, the topic in the lame duck will be to ram as much socialism past America’s tonsils as they can, while they can, knowing that repeal is a hundred times harder than prevention.
Somehow, someway, we need to get behind O’Donnell and push, HARD!!!

We would have cities imploding....there's no doubt about that. And going forward after that....would be difficult at best.
